So i just got this smoker yesterday. Got it put together and started it up. It threw a fan malfunction error for some reason. If anyone has any input on how to fix this issue please let me know. Thanks
I have pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch use small wood chips how can make my baby back ribs comes out good my first time I did it. It comes out to dry and wasn't done my temperature is lower and higher and medium on my pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch
Just happened todays saw your video doing everything you said now went from high heat to shutdown mode then saw the smoke and freaked out maybe because of that or idk if its from using pitboss pellets on a traeger
We have Pappa Murphy's here in the Denver area and I've smoked quite a few Pappa Murphy's on the smoker, some on video and many not. You do get a little smokey flavor but most of all the smoker cooks the pizza great and best of all, you don't heat up the house, especially now with all the heat this summer 🙂
2024 update zgrill I do not recommend z grills. had to many issues with them and I wanted to separate my self from them. The price is not worth it because you can get a pit boss pro series same price or cheaper.
Cant beat meat church seasonings man knows what he is doing. I started "smoking" probably a year ago only, steaks, and i followed Meat Church double smoked ham recipe around christmas, can't go wrong. Great video man dropped you a sub.
I'm totally on meat church rubs. The honey hog hot is my favorite followed by voodoo. Love my treager and ALWAYS trust a fat boy when it comes to the smoker. 👍
I just got a Pit Boss 850 and cooked my first steak last night. I usually use an air frier with the Meater temperature probe. I set the frier for 480 degrees and wait for the probe to show 120 to 125 degrees. I want to try the smoke feature on my next steak. My question is you started for over 1 hour for a temp of 150. I am used to 120 t0 125 . Is that the same as your 150? Then follow the rest of your video. I use Redman cherry smoke salt or maple BBQ rub. Don't remember the maker. Now I am going down the Pit Boss rabbit hole.
