My GoPro flying videos take you "in the cockpit" of our jets and turboprop aircraft world-wide. These are fun to watch and educational at the same time.

Thank you very much. The C182 is a very stable and safe aircraft to fly in these conditions. As the aircraft ai not equipped with ant-ice equipment, I had to leave the icing conditions immediately. I ferried a King Air B350 for the RFDS from the USA to Australia. It is a great organization. They are doing god's work. Happy Landings, Capt. Guido Please consider subscribing to my channel. I appreciate your support.
Thank you! While the passengers like smooth landings, more important is that the landing is "safe": at the correct speed, at the touch down zone and with the aircraft under full control until reaching taxi speed. Happy Landings, Capt. Guido If you have not done already, please subscribe to my RU-vid channel. I try to crack the 100k subscriber mark with your help. Thank you!
Thank you Marc. I am also a bug fan of the caravan. Happy Lan dings, Capt. Guido Please consider subscribing to my RU-vid channel. Your support is highly appreciated.
very nice flying under these conditions. I was doing PPL,but gave up after while, struggling with radio communication. I was very good at technical and having aircraft under control, but being non english speaker,I struggle to understand radio comm.
I would give it another try. The "English" ion aviation consist of standardized phrases, so that non English speakers also can do it. I am originally from Germany. Happy Landings, Capt. Guido Please consider subscribing to my RU-vid channel. Your support is highly appreciated.

Nice job Capt Guido. I just wondered how the flare angle limitations are on land? In the Catalina pitch angle is critical landing on water but not on land, but then we are a boat rather than floatplane. BTW what is the device on top of the P2 coaming?
Really no limitations on pitch during flare. The water rudders retract for "runway" landings. I know nothing about the "seaplane" operation, as I am not rated for it. The "runway" operation is much easier than I thought. You have to use differential braking and some power as the nose wheels are not steerable. And you have to do some height adjustment as you sit significantly higher. Steering around tight corners is easy as you see at the end of the video. In the dashboard I have places a backup Garmin 690. Not the best place I admit. Happy Landings, Capt. Guido
Greetings from a subscriber here in Zambia. Planning my first trip to Charles Prince soon hopefully so was great to see it feature! For those of us with dreams of one day flying around the world would it be possible to include handling fees paid at each location? Perhaps on your slide shows. Whilst one can get a vague idea on cost and availability of fuel it is very hard to track down what one needs to budget for handling fees. Love the videos. Many thanks for taking the time and effort to Share. PS - Saw Micke and Konstantin fan boying in front of your pic in Wick the other day. Made me chuckle!
Which audio cable do you use to record cockpit audio? Which headset do you use? I’ve had some issues using the Nflightcam audio cables with my bose A20s. As always, brilliant content. Highly appreciated. Have a good day!
Thank you. The audio/video setup is the result if many years too try and error. You must find your own solutions that work best for you. Happy Landings, Capt. Guido
Captain so good to see you again. I always smile when I see a new video from you. I’ve always told anyone that would listen that if you want to be a great pilot aspire to be half as good as you and they are well on the way. You are in my humble opinion the finest example of being a pilot professional that I have ever witnessed. Thank you for giving me the extreme privilege of flying along with a master Jedi of the sky! Big big thank you for all that you do!
Hi Christian, that is indeed a challenge. I prepare well for a flight if I have not flown a specific aircraft for a longer time. Especially the avionics require a "mental adjustment". I spend also a to of money every year on training. Happy Landings, Capt. Guido if you have unit done already, please consider subscribing to my channel. I appreciate your support. Thanks!
Awesome video as usual! Can I ask why engine anti ice is used before landing in such a hot airport? I hope I'll be flying kingair in the near future, as I'm currently going through CPL training in Canada Thank you again for the video, have a great day!
Thank you! "ANTI-ICE" is an incomplete description of the system. It is a flap in the engine intake that throws out particles of the engine intake air before damage of the compressor can occur. In icing conditions, these particles can be ice. In operations like thins one, we care about pebbles and stones lying on the runway - happens often in Africa. Hence the activation of anti-ice before landing. For your CPL training I wish you best of success. Please keep me posted. I did my flight training in Saskatoon, Montreal and Toronto. @@GuidoWarnecke thank you very much for the explanation! That's an inertial separator then! Thank you! I am training in Steinbach at harv's air, hoping to start working on float planes as a bush pilot! Have a good evening, Sufyan from Italy

i just found your channel as i am nearing my instrument checkride here in the US. The structure of your videos are great! i feel like i really am learning alot just from watching your videos. I hope to be able to do a similar type of flying someday soon, it seems you are truly having an adventure. Thanks for taking the time to upload these videos.
Thank you for your kind words will. Work hard and I see no reason that you will not fly a King Air in the near future. nest wishes for your flying career! Please keep me posted. Happy Landings, Capt. Guido
