Retired combat veteran who was in the 82nd Airborne; 3rd Ranger Battalion; F Company 51st LRSU; 5th Special Forces Group; Drill SGT in FT Benning; and 3rd Special Forces Group. I then was a Junior ROTC instructor for 20 years in Lee County, North Carolina. I am currently contracting with Special Forces and helping them train operators. I usually play a "bad guy" with my two Ferret armored cars, named "Little Alice" after my wife, "Original Alice" and "Black Betty". I have also written six books, most on the Revolutionary War in the Carolinas, but one book is about my time in the service, titled "Triple Canopy". You can get any of my books at Amazon. Just search for my name, Patrick O'Kelley My channel contains videos of my time in Special Forces, and training SF now. The channel may show some of the historical reenactments I go to, portraying the Revolution or WWI. It also shows what I do in my "off time" and that is flying with the combat flight simulator games.
In high school (78-82) I worked on a golf course, cutting grass, landscaping, etc.. The head greenskeeper was a Vietnam Veteran Marine, who was a bit off his rocker. He’d be high as a kite all day, and one time the DCANG (Andrews AFB was about 10 miles south of us) were flying their F-4’s overhead. Well, he grabbed a sand rake, dropped prone, and began pretending to shoot the jets, actually rolling over and over while doing so, laughing hysterically. Then he jumped into his El Camino and drove away, still laughing to beat the band. This was in front of Private Club members. Not the general public. We didn’t see him the rest of the day, but the shop mechanic said he got quite a few phone calls over the next several days from the club officials😂. That’s when I realized weed and work don’t mix.
@@Irish_Pirate 🤣 we used to stuff a shop rag down the barrel of my potato gun for wadding and drop lit cherry bombs down the barrel then " grenade launch " them at what ever inappropriate target we acquired.....good times 🤣
Since that was about 15 years ago... and we've done it many more times since then, I think we'll be OK. Also... how would the camera man die? The mortar shoots forward and up.
I know people make fun of rednecks but once in a blue moon. I think that is where the word moonshine came from. They will create something so out of the box you will forget the box even existed. If need a hint look at the amount of books.
