Here in Germany, no one would take this back except if you say that you had an allergic reaction to it or it doesn't work anymore (a spray bottle e.g.) and then they have to throw it away. Of course it can happen that people try products in the store before buying them and then just put it back on the shelf but returning used and then it's put back? No way.

My issue is mainly the whole thing about how, while house flippers often improve the quality of a home, the concept of people or groups buying up property to resell at a significantly higher price puts a lot of strain on the market. If I want to buy a house, something I’ll likely already never be able to do, and every house that goes on sale is flipped and resold for tens or hundreds of thousands more then that makes it way harder for me to do so.
