@@GuitarOfTime0116 it’s been kept alive for so long because of mods. The Yogscast has definitely helped with that too, it’s still a thriving community but it’s cool seeing it be recognized by the abbreviation.
As someone who is educated in childcare, there are many things that worry me about this content. However, I’m extremely worried about the normalization of excess alcoholic beverages infront of a kid. You’re having a kid watch some people beerbong infront of them and then they do that same thing with their caprisun. Since they are so young, they may see beer as an adult caprisun and start trying it.
Yeah. This is NOT ok. Anybody else would have their kid removed by CPS for child neglect. But if you're wealthy they usually leave you alone because they can go exploit the child themselves or place kids in abusive foster care from the kids low income/poor parents. 🙄 Social media us so fk up..the WORLD is fkd trying to normalized grooming a child but I seem this coming quite awhile ago in other places. Sick world.
Given Tony's whole family and the fact that this kid is very clearly related (if it isn't his kid to begin with) I'm 99% sure this kid would be exposed to this stuff with or without the TikTok's going on. Which is, probably, worse.
It’s really on parents now to set boundaries for their kids to understand that that’s for adults and not kids and the natural lesson of just bc they do it should you
I really doubt a child would see beer as one of their own kid drinks. Parents are usually smart enough to tell their kids, at any age, that the drinks they drink are only for adults and it tastes nasty for kids anyway. The smell of beer alone is enough to deter kids. It doesn't smell like regular fruit juices. It stinks like skunk scented water.
It's pretty sad that his mom called him a loser in that first clip and his idea of a rebuttal was "Would a loser drink heavily?? And sit in a car while shirtless???"
to be fair my dad called me an alcoholic loser and it kinda sucks a lot of the ambition out of you edit - my dad called me an alcoholic loser after i got a full ride to college, stayed in longer than he did at my age, and haven't dealt coke like he did at my age 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 @ everyone who thinks it's funny to ask "well are you?" my dad was accusing me of getting railed by my youth pastor while bringing mistresses over while his wife was at work, i don't think this is the kind of guy you wanna take the side of. lmfao
i’m good friends with a family friend of tony’s family. they went to our sister highschool. the kid is actually Tony’s cousin and the whole story is staged for views. restraining order was forged. not anything to seriously worry about but i still think this behavior is strange and nearly grotesque? not sure why he would fake a restraining order for views
...he faked a restraining order from his own aunt and uncle??? lmfaooooo (not doubting you i just,,, i don't get it either lol why add in the restraining order???)
@@mightymeatymech For the drama! Having fun with a kid wasn't cutting it anymore, he needed people to start taking sides and arguing about if he's doing the right thing or not in the comments.
Yeah, they definitely don't just drop off the restraining order like they do with other forms of legal service. In most states (Not sure about FL), the sheriff or officer of the court is required to go out and deliver a packet explaining the temporary injunction and formally serve the person. You are never confused about what's happening when a TRO is served.
They're pre-grooming Timmy. It doesn't matter if he has a relationship outside the videos. Timmy is too young to understand the difference between fun with cousin and "fun uncle" sexual predator.
take it from someone who was neglected by their dad; i enjoyed all of my time with him from what i have memory of. he was the 'fun parent', which basically meant him putting me in situations that akid shouldn't have been in (while my mom wasn't as cool, because she actually watched out for us). just because the kid's having fun/likes tony, doesn't mean he's in good hands. good hands = a responsible adult in a kid's life.
It’s embarrassing how long it took me to find out the “MC- fucking- cuse me bitch” McRib clip was fake. And I mean years. People can be crazy and they’re allowed phones too, I trusted she was crazy 😭😭
people like me are jaded from, like, 2016-era vine and youtube prank videos where people were just a public nuisance. i wish all of that was staged, like people licking ice cream in random supermarkets (food tampering is a serious crime btw) so it's like... if it were staged i still don't like it and don't like the person but for somewhat different reasons than if it were real. assuming it's staged is giving them the benefit of the doubt, and i'm not sure that's warranted for weirdos like Tony here...
To be fair, we are talking about a dude who went viral for throwing a bag of cash at his sister's head and yelling "here's your student loans, paid for by my *****"
I get this is fake and all, but the kid still is being put into inappropriate situations that he can't fully comprehend. Even if it is fake, even if he knows the family (and taking him outta school without notifying the parents is still kidnapping even if done by family), it's still a lot of grooming behaviour. The kid is still in inappropriate situations, the kid still won't understand every nuanced bit that adults like us can, and he's still being taken around and exploited in a way even if the kid is having fun. I'm glad some more stuff was talked about in this vid and I figured the situation was fake anyway since it was obvious, but that's still a very young kid that can't comprehend everything the way an adult can. It's still irresponsible and has grooming vibes to it even if it isn't intentional and if a lot of it is fake. It's not always fake to the kid when it comes to the relationship at all. I still just worry for the kid, I guess. It's not the worst scenario possible and not as bad ad the fake situation made it out to be, but it's still inappropriate and could harm the child in ways. Jarvis said it perfectly, even if everyone is okay with it, the kid can't consent to it or fully understand it. It just rubs me the wrong way entirely.
Okay that part of him taking Timmy out of school without notifying the parents was so obviously fake, how are people falling for it? And idk someone else said Timmy is Tony's cousin so like... it's just relatives hanging out, with his parents permission and knowledge. Not that I approve of everything that's being done, but it's so obviously entirely fake. I mean right off the bat the whole "oh we found out he's been missing for two weeks lolol" thing was fake, why do people think all of this is totally real and this single man is grooming some small child without anybody's knowledge or permission... when he's posting it online all the time?
my main concern is kids watching this who think it's real, it could definitely make them vulnerable to strangers doing the exact same thing and grooming them
Faking criminal behavior for views still isn't cool, and putting this child in these situations is still vile. I *cannot* stand this man. Glad you guys brought up this part, too, because it's bloody wrong
This is all fake🤷 sorry if I busted your bubble but pretty sure Danny and them do to. Or do they'll think that he can fart a golf ball 3 feet in the air too😂😂
@@erikgrondin2253 yeah im aware its fake, they say it in the video. i was just surprised they didnt mention it in the original video within the "lore" of this child character
As someone who works in childcare, the teacher allowing “Timmy” to be picked up by someone who was unauthorised would be fired. To allow someone else to pick up your kid, you need to contact the school telling them who is going to pick up and when. they’ll require an ID as well as phone number (depending on the facility) there should NEVER be a time where a teacher allows a child to leave with a strange adult, even if the child recognises the person
not an expert, but a former camp counselor and 💀💀 holy shit dude. I dont think theres a single thing we wouldve been allowed to do thats featured in the videos 💀
As someone who filed a restraining order against a violent stalker ex boyfriend, I know for a fact that the police will bring the restraining order to you and explain it to you
Def not trying to be super negative or out of pocket, especially since this kid is probably TTT’s nephew or something. But I do wonder what the public reaction would be if he was literally anyone else: especially someone who wasn’t conventionally attractive, TikTok famous, white, straight, a man, etc. did this the reaction would be so different. Maybe I’m just projecting because of all the anti-lgbt+ & racist issues in the US, would be interested to know if anyone felt that way!
you are not projecting imo. let an adult trans person do this with a younger kid who coincidentally wants to transition... actually, don't, cause i don't even wanna know what bigots would do.
resident person who's experienced in childcare - I worked in daycare which tends to be different from schools since they tend to have more kids to deal with but for us if someone new is to pick up a kid the parents/guardians need to tell us the name and who they are and then the new person needs to provide photo ID during pickup but when I was a kid (elementary school mid 2000s, literally grade 1) my mother forgot it was early dismissal so when she didn't show up I went to ask the office what I should do and they told me to walk home so there's a lot of range
mid 2000s elementary kid here lmfao, i walked home alone regularly. to be fair i don't think anyone would have been too bothered if i got snatched, but still. feels wild cause i'd never let a kid walk three blocks alone nowadays.
Mid 2010s elementary gang, but I wasn’t never allowed to walk home despite the fact that my house is a minute walk from the elementary school. The staff made sure to contact our parents if they were late and always kept an eye on us. The only times I was able to walk home was during 5th grade when my mom would msg or call me saying she’s still at work. I guess it really depends on your school. My middle school didn’t care about who picked us up and even forced us to walk out the back way past hundreds of cars full of strangers, which had led to creeps taking pics of students (one tried to get a pic of me and my friend but my mom thankfully scared tf out of them). That middle school did absolutely nothing and didn’t care about what happened with the students.
my mom forgot about the clocks being set forward when i was in elementary school, and the nuns just told me to sit outside. just loitered on the steps for an hour.
Considering that Tony is basically making a joke out of grooming this child to be an alcoholic frat boy... If that were my son I'd also get a restraining order, even if it was all faked and some friend or relative of my partner doing this. Have tony put on a list, because child abduction isn't something to joke about.
I think it’s terrifying that people, A, think the kidnappings are real, and B, think they’re wholesome. These kids are presumably too young to realise how dangerous something like a kidnapping is, and they’re being groomed into thinking it’s something fun or good
Bruh that restraining order better become real right now because I don't think this man should be around a child, or animal. Time to arrest him before he abuses a child.
Tony got so turnt that he forgot how to act in an appropriate relationship between an adult and a child. I want to assume Tony doesn't have any malicious intent, and nothing I've seen in his TikToks is noticeably illegal, but I still think some of the things he's doing look like grooming. Tony seems to like ducks and finding ways to get drunk more efficiently, a random kid probably wants to watch cartoons and play with toys; it's uncomfortable to see an adult who doesn't seem to have a clear reason wanting to spend so much time with a little kid he met by chance. Even if all of the really textbook worrying stuff (the kidnapping, the restraining order) is fake and the kid's guardians approve, etc., and I hope it is faked just to drive interaction, it's so bad to normalise this behaviour. Having a cool older brother who buys lots of gifts and gets you out of school is a kid's fantasy, the content isn't aimed at adults.
the part where he shows the school worker his tiktoks with the kid is crazy because imagine showing her the videos and they all start like "you guys were asking for an update on the random kid I found and here he is"
@@daydream5120 fr, like "yep this is my kid, see" & then he shows the vid of him on a golf cart with the kid while the kids parents are angrily throwing stuff at him
The ending of the video Jarvis actually brings up a really good point. If you film and edit something cleanly enough, it might be possible to commit a real crime or atrocity and nobody will believe it’s real.
You’re a preschool teacher and your RU-vid handle is ‘overthrowyourgovernment’? And ya wonder why record numbers of parents are taking their kids out of the public school system
"You know youtube videos, you don't want them to be too long" Me *about to watch a 2 hour video essay commentary about a show that hasn't aired in years: 👁👄👁
Bruh, like...even if we're to take these videos at face value, TTT is still literally stalking an actual child? Like, Nonstop? This man right here, officer?
If a child is missing for 2 weeks chances are the news networks would have picked up on it and the childs' absence would be handled in a more serious manner...
14 days later, the police discovered the boy had been missing for 2 weeks. The parents had been looking for him ever since they had lost him on the beach.
"You dont want youtube videos to be too long" Jarvis i just finished my third watch of an 8 hour video on Krimson Rogues channel about a book ive never read and have no desire to read. There is no too long
Now that I’m a dad, I’m hyper aware of absent fathers. And it’s a huuuuge problem. So just seeing a man (let alone a rich and attractive man) going out of his way to be a fun dad type has got to deeply satisfying to an unfortunately massive demographic.
@@pissum420 i gotta agree... as someone with a neglectful and emotionally abvsive father lol. i LOVE seeing good fathers and people who are good to kids!! this ain't that. he's creepy asf. i would not leave my child around him tbh. you're right it's not sexual but it still has similar vibes, i'm sure someday some psychologists will come up with a term for it. edit - by 'it' i mean the process where adults groom children specifically for cameras. i know that's a good enough explanation. but i'm sure eventually we'll have an entire field dedicated to that, sadly because of people like this.
@@mightymeatymech I think there actually is seeing as it’s happened for awhile in other ways. IE Jeanette Mcurdy (hope that’s how you spell her name) was forced into acting because her mother needed the money and such. It happens with family vlogs too. Children are not of the age where they can consent to things with a full understanding of what’s happening. Especially at the age the kid is at. Whether that guy is family or no he is grooming that kid
@@pissum420 i agree! i just gotta put respect on my man Jackie Coogan, he is the reason that child actors have any laws in place protecting any of their income. he was the first uncle fester in the black and white addams family series. his parents stole everything from him and he did his best to make sure it wouldn't happen to another kid. as soon as i started seeing the rise of vlogging like this, i knew there would be a wave of new coogan laws specifically for kids online, i'm not sure what they will look like but i know they're coming. but also, jeanette and every other child actor deserves justice for the bs ADULTS put them through for money. and child actors still need MORE protections, in my personal opinion. just, thanks to jackie they're guaranteed at least a portion of their earnings when they turn 18 lol.
@@pissum420 I agree with both y’all that it’s grooming. I’m just saying there is a huge and traumatized group of people that don’t see this as “porn man uses child to advertise his porn” Also Jennette McCurdys book should be required reading for parents in the influencer age
"The Rehersal" is such an underrated project from Nathan F. His entire persona is perplexing as well. That poor kid and even Nathan seemed greatly effected. Such an intriguing psych experiment that's also comedic at times. So unique. Thanks for referencing it Jarvis! ❤
I am one of the people who messaged you and I am so glad you did a proper update because I had only seen the restraining order video you played and without the rest of the context had no idea it was clearly fake. I was so confused that no one was making more fuss about this lol. I don't use TikTok or social media much anymore and I guess couldn't comprehend that someone would want to pretend they had kidnapped a child and gotten a restraining order?
we’ve been getting so much new Danny content. Danny’s main channel vid, Danny’s second channel, Jarvis’s main channel, Jarvis’s second channel, and Kurtis’s new vid. all in the span of a couple of days. we are truly blessed
"I've been trying to adopt him, but it hasn't really been going well" Yeah, considering Timmy _already has parents,_ no shit you're finding it difficult to adopt him wtf
this is a weird thing to point out on this video specifically, but thank you for adding closed captions to your videos. since youtube removed community captions, even really big creators i try to watch just have the autogenerated captions, which are distracting at best and completely inaccurate at worst. i'm not sure if you do them yourself or if you have someone to do them, but either way, thank you, it makes it a lot easier for people with hearing/other audio processing issues to watch. :-)
"You dont want youtube videos to be too long" Jarvis, I've never watched a minute of iCarly but I (and many others) damn sure watched over 6 hours of a front to back review of the entire series and all companion series.
im just so grossed out bc it's like clearly grooming on his TTT's part. Even if it isn't sexual grooming, still gives off that vibe I dont care that its def fake, its still weird to me
I'm a mandated reporter and the stuff being depicted here is textbook grooming. The stuff in the videos is all clearly fake, but it's unnerving to see what his parents agreed to have this poor kid depicted in. I can’t imagine they're terribly attentive parents with regard to online safety.
This is 100% grooming. I’m personally really disturbed by him calling himself daddy around the kid and getting the kid to call him daddy. It doesn’t matter if he means it innocently- he has an onlyfans, he Knows what daddy means
as someone whose father literally picked them up from school without telling my mother, aka kidnapping, this is getting really concerning 🥲 i hope this stops soon before tony does something even worse than that.
Jarvis: We just had such good commentary about these clips I wanted to put this somewhere "2min of danny being super secure about his totally normal body and not mentioning Tony at all*
tonys "reaction" to the "restraining order" is so weird to me like he was like all upset, as though it was a massive inconvenience to.... not hang out with a child...? like even if it is staged it's like insane to want to depict yourself as a grown man who's really mad he can't hang out with some random child
I am a teenager, and I can tell that an adult finding a "lost child" on the beach, who's been "missing for two weeks" and has parents, and trying to adopt said child is fake. And that's not even mentioning him picking him up from school, and the teacher believing that he was the father based on tik toks. If that was true, it would be horrifying. How can grown adults not tell that it's fake?
hi,i work in childcare and the idea of a child being mentioned in the context of "only fans was great this month" and kind of being used to promote his p0rn is disturbing and the clip of him pretending to be the kids dad and just getting the kid without id or anything is horrifying
great day to watch my favorite youtubers !! JarvisJusyJivin and DareDevilDan are the best !! I love it when DareDevilDan gets to close to an angry duck !! it’s so cool !!
I’ve been following up on Tony (I’m a fan) and quite frankly the character arc he’s gone through is insane. His personality is still the same but in his newer videos you see way more of him human side. He’s doing insane shit and I think it’s worth checking out for a third time if you see this
And at the end of the day, a real, whole ass child, was used for fake Internet clout. Those parents should be ashamed (especially after reading into the whole story as well)
When I first saw that initial video of Tony """finding"""" the kid, I was thinking it was staged and more stuff kept hapoening. I'm now unsure of how real or fake this all seemed. Either way, his audience is very divided on this subject. Half of them think that the parents are being ungrateful but the other half think that Tony is crossing serious boundaries (i.e. impersonating the kid's dad to take him out of school, taking the kid across State lines to go to crash a wedding, etc.) and the parents, having already lost their kid once, have every right to be wary of a grown man wanting to do whatever with their kid without their consent.
honestly thought it was something like this- cause there’s no way someone would let their kid hang out with someone with this reputation. Still weird they forged the restraining order.
