A channel of playthroughs for many graphic adventure games, from early 1980's illustrated interactive fiction all the way through to more modern 3D adventures. Lots of popular Sierra and Lucasarts games from the 80's and 90's are included, as well as some fan-made adventures and also some not so popular but still great games.
I never thought I'd see the end of this game! Played it when I was 10, 35 years ago. My native language isn't english so I didn't know what I was doing. Love this video!
The blackjack game was pretty sophisticated, you could double down on 10 or 11, split and double on 10 or 11 after split, and even surrender half your bet on your first 2 cards. It had a blatant bug though. The dealer didn't know how to count its own soft hands when it drew cards,
My 1st rpg when i was around 13. Had no clue what to do and didnt know much english. After 2 years someo e gave me some pointers and thanks to my good friend the english dictionary i finally solved this out. Great days.
I've probably beaten this game 10 times since I was a kid and never knew you could progress this way through the game, is this recording spliced together?
"sometimes it seems it'd be a lot easier to let these people kill themselves off" AHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA was this game actually made by a cop?
I loved this game and I played it a lot during the late 80s, early 90s. It is a wonder that I got as far as I did considering English is not my native tongue. Back then I didn't know more than basic English as a kid.
Sierra made the best games. The nostalgia that comes with the leisure suit Larry games is incredible, it was my childhood playing these games. Not sure 🤔 if that’s a good thing.
I loved this game as a kid/teen. The only thing that is a bit much is the "good" ending. That Sonnys wife is okay is nice, but the "We Have A Baby" is faar to much soap opera for me 😅
Thank you so much for posting this game nine years ago lol. I feel like I've been going crazy trying to figure out the name of this game. I just found it so thank you
$650 dollars for a ticket from New York to California?! That's almost $24,000 in 2024! (And from what I've been able to find, it is a lot higher than what one would have actually paid in those days.)
28:17 Ungrateful Carol! Gives him 10% off on some crummy pie for getting rid of a motorcycle gang :D He deserved a whole lunch on the house for doing that Haha
Huge Sierra fan and amateur point and click maker…it’s funny, watching these 30 years later and realizing that while it was fun and amazing for the time, it’s not actually a “good” game in terms of puzzle design and signposting. Makes me feel a lot better about my struggles making quality puzzles. 😅
