I am 64 years old and workout at home daily. I lift 30-45 minutes and cycle at different intensities for an hour. What I would like to know is how to gain the best of what a gym has to offer at home. I think I have most areas covered, but trying to decide whether to add weight pulley system or multi station unit?
Glad you are doing this discussion. I have been doing eeekly red light sessions plus near infrared too. You are o e if my favorites, I love your concepts of muscle centric medicine which I think is true.
13 - 14% 10% that are not chased after (12%?). 4 - 5% who be trying to be chased after? 16%? Which is a "quarter" ("25%) of women. Which is really 75%(?) of women without the orgasm, the others had children the ones holding back birthed one child only (regret who they made child with), 2 children - don't want to start having more children if it always feels good and they'll be doing the deed more often to taking birthing chances ❤
I love Dr. Kahn He seems very knowledgeable. I got scammed by a doctor in Utah. I wish I had this knowledge before I went and spent thousands of dollars for nothing on Stem Cell Therapy..
Mitochondrial density of said muscle is probably the biggest factor here. My leg muscles have grown since I've started training for ultra distance running, but you will see large improvements long before any significant gains in hypertrophy and this leads me to believe there are more dominant factors like mitochondria and cadio-vascular efficiency. Increasing muscle size doesn't lead to significant endurance gains, that's something that comes from specific training but by training and fueling for both you can optimize results. Not an expert but this has been my experience and observations.
No, high intakes of iodine is only harmfull in the abesence of selenium, so start first with the supplementation of selenium, next supplementation of iodine in the range of 200 mg. Keep in mind, life evolved in our oceans rich in iodine, so iodine has become an intrinsik hence essential part of our physiology... worldwide a lack of iodine is a bigger issue than excess, so please don't fear a healthy dose of iodine...
Queria que explicasse como os idosos antigos que nunca seguiram estas regras chegaram aos 90 e mais anos!!! Deviam ter morrido todos antes, nao acham!!!
Yeah, there's no value to alcohol. The momentary release of stress results in order's of magnitude more stress on the back end. Especially as we age. I'm 20 months alcohol free and never going back.
13:00 - LOL. Maybe our distant ancestors were really space travellers who came here to start a colony. The same industrialised packaged foods we're eating now are what they were eating back then.
