Take 5 sets of each. Rest as much as needed to continue.

I'm 61, didn't live right, and was always a big guy. I got to the point 18 months ago where I was feeling like a 90 yr old. lost 80 lbs with diet changes alone, but wasn't eating enough protein and had very low muscle mass. 6 months ago I started training in the gym, upped my protein and am getting a new lease on life! The most important part you said was MINDSET! You are truly inspiring, and your videos are helping me to be the man I should have been with the correct mindset! It's amazing how a few good coaches, and a healthy diet with good quality supplements like whey and creatine can change your body if you put in the work! Natural is the way to go, the human body is amazing! Thank you Paul for the information and inspiration!
