Love this car and will be buying this next year to daily, and will subsequently retire the Evo X to weekend warrior status. I don’t care how much it depreciates. I’m a car guy, not a super rich collector who worries about the value of what he drives. The Elentra N is the affordable sports car that will save the hobby for the everyday enthusiast going forward, and there’s value in that that you can’t put a price tag on. You can have your $50k CTR and slower 0-60 times. I prefer the faster, more affordable, and much better sounding car thanks.
Computerized junk. They stopped making real Mustangs for good in 1973. If you want a real Mustang, it will have to be a 1965-1973. You can put as much power as you can afford into any one of those. Driving a computer is not going to be fun, no matter how fast it is.
I've had my 2015 FiST for 7 years now and yes, it can be harsh ride for some but I've driven this thing for 50k miles and for the price you won't find a better vehicle. I've moved my whole life with this car multiple times.
Reviewers: "The screen is too small" Next review: "The screen is too big" Lame. The youtube reviewers job these days is to hate on everything. But did I hear them say the Toyota 3 cylinder is better??
Great video as always, and I hope your assistant brings it to autocross. I still love my Elantra N after 30k miles and plan on driving it into the ground.
I bet its awesome. But im older and wiser now. So for me, the regular N-Line is my favorite sports car ever now. And the #1 reason, its the first sports car that i can use 100% of its power daily. I had Corvettes before, and loved them. But i just hated how as a daily driver i knew i could only use maybe 80% of its power as a daily driver. I love my Corvettes, they have instant power on tap whenever you want it, but truly, if i knew what i know now, i would of never bought Corvette and just buy an N-Line. And its because being able to use all 100% of its power daily is so much funner then having a car that you can only use 80% of its max power daily and never , ever are able to use 100% of its power literally ever on the public roads. Its a whole funner feeling knowing you can push car to its 100% max power daily. And know thats more then all you need as a daily driver. I know most of the public would think im crazy, but if i was given a choice of a brand new Z06 Corvette or a brand new N-Line, im taking the N-Line and i would never regret it. The "N" is faster then N-Line, but reason i got N-Line is because the "N", i would only be able to use 90% of its max power daily. So 10% would be wasted. Just like the Corvette 20% of its power was wasted as a daily driver. So thats my logic. And trust me, faster is cool, but knowing you will essentially NEVER use 100% of it's power on a daily basis, you realize its just a waste of power. Its like imagine you have a billion dollars , but you know u will never ever spend it all in your life time. This is the reason why u see dudes like Bill Gates and other extremely rich people give like 90% of there money to charity. Cuz they realize its a waste if u cant use it. That example i hope will make it make sense for you about why i love my N-Line over a Corvette. ✌️
i live in denmark and this is a country, where we are taxt to death, if we don't buy a fully electric vehicle. we have three children, maybe want one more, our old car broke down and we have to buy a new one. so we want a car that has at least six seats. on the ev market there is not a single car that works as a car with this requirement, unless you are filthy rich and can afford a model x, which is still a tiny car. so I feel you are so completly right with your conclusion. and sadly, it seems like this car Is still the best option. it is ridiculous.
You will never realized it by looking at it, outside boring, the interior 2010's. So we go for the engine, that saves the day. But can you find one that gives you a balance on all of those items.
A "2015" BMW M340i which can be easily found on any dealer lot or website can run circles around this cheap aspiration of a performance sedan. You know it and I know it... if you buy this or even lease this thing your wasting your time and money OR you are a seriously ill informed car Nthusiast 🤔
I picked up i30N wheels for my 22' from Shark Racing. Best of both. Good looks from 2022, forged wheels. And they are dark gray instead of black so they look better. The rest of the changes are really minor and reports are the engine mounts are the same.
I actually really like this new generation of Ridgelines. They would make a great family hauler without the insane markup, and fuel economy of a pickup. I think the HPD trim albeit nice looking, is a waste of money that you can buy aftermarket components for less and get more for your money.
Hyundai N car always hit above their weight class. The N cars are designed for daily driving and easily can be used at the track. The only N car that is a bit high in price is the I5N. Having driven one it definitely is worth the price if you are looking at an electric performance car.
Honestly I was very interested in getting one of these, but I just couldn’t find one. I could order one and pay full MSRP, but I wanted to test drive to make sure. I ended up getting a WRX. Mainly because they had plenty of stock and I was able to negotiate a good price. Still, if I see one of these in performance blue makes me wonder what it could have been.
I actually kind of like these but as an OG car enthusiast I've given up on new cars being anything I'd actually want to buy. Restomodding seems to be the way to go with no fake BS, no nannies, no annual emissions checks, and classic car insurance that isn't constantly getting jacked up because a tesla got totaled from a minor fender bender hitting a rivian on the way to Starbucks and now everyone else has to pay for it. And unlike a new car depreciation is minimal to non-existent or even the potential to appreciate in value.
This is why I almoat never buy from dealerships, always from owners. Most dealer salesman don't know or care about what I need to know about the car anyways.
How much of a great deal is this ELANTRA N? Price Comparison: Elantra N $ 42500 CAD VW Golf GTI base $ 37400 CAD VW Golf GTI Autobahn $ 39500 CAD VW Jetta GLI $ 34000 CAD Add 13% Canadian tax I wonder.
I wanted a fast hard-top convertible that could carry the grandchildren. In steps the BMW E93 M3, 2013 with 45k miles. I love how it drives like a normal car, until you don't want it to.
it's wild that on youtube you can find dozens of reviews agreeing with this guy, and just as many reviews saying how incredible this car is all around (including the tech) definitely a love it or hate it vehicle lol
It's in America's interest for our home built EV's to survive. They should be subsidizing charging stations. Electrify America is not up to the quality of the Tesla Supercharger Network.
