I know two guys who stroked out in their 40s because of "low T" treatment by TRT Clinics that told them keeping levels to 800 is fine, when the guys' labs were drawn at 5pm! In the evening! One guy is totally handicapped now. Normal low levels of testosterone may be caused by chronic ibuprofen and lack of sleep. Why no try changing lifestyle before adding a drug.

Exactly, sleep is proven to increase your testosterone. Sorry about your friends. Hopefully someone can help them.

Its a mixed bag. Alot of people are healthy and doing good even after several years of use as prescribed. Genetics + excercise + diet. Many factors some succeed, some dont.

A lot of men today have suboptimal levels of testosterone, a lot less than their fathers or grandfathers had just 30-50 years ago. There are various reasons for this. One factor that is oftentimes neglected is endocrine disruptors in our environment (i.e., xenoestrogens, BPA, phthalates, triclosan, etc.), phytoestrogens in food (i.e., soy, which is present in almost all processed foods), and hypothyroidism (subclinical or autoimmune Hashimoto's disease). To increase testosterone levels, including libido and erection quality, naturally and reduce chronic inflammation: • Get enough daily sunlight. • Vitamin D3 (especially during the winter or if you live in a northern climate). • Zinc picolinate (20-40 mg per day). • Magnesium glycinate/citrate. • Resistance training (3-5 times per week for 45-90 minutes max). • Adequate neuromuscular recovery (e.g., don't overtrain). • Adequate (quality) sleep. • More healthy fats (monounsaturated and saturated fats from sources like grass-fed red meat, pasture-raised eggs, fatty fish, organic full-fat dairy, coconut fat, avocados, cocoa butter, certain nuts and seeds, etc.). • Increase dietary cholesterol intake through nutrient-dense, whole foods. Cholesterol is the building block of all steroid hormones, including androgens such as testosterone. • Manage stress. Do what you have to do to keep it under control (i.e., meditation, yoga, nature walks, relaxing music, massage/reflexology sessions, adaptogenic herbs, etc.). • Chronically elevated cortisol levels disrupt the HPT (hypothalamus-pituitary-testicles) axis and deplete your body of the very resources it needs to produce androgens like testosterone and DHT. • Eat enough quality calories (not all calories are the same!). • Avoid large or prolonged calorie deficits. • Eat adequate amounts of each macronutrient (protein, carbs, fats). All of them are important in their own way and serve specific physiological functions. Beneficial Supplements: • Shilajit • Ashwagandha • Maca • Taurine • L-Carnitine (increases androgen receptor density) • Creatine • Tongkat Ali • Fadogia Agrestis • Black Ginger • Pine pollen (contains natural androgens) • Boron (increases free testosterone) • DIM (natural anti-estrogen) "The Testosterone Advantage" by Timotheus Ray is a nice read on male health and hormone optimization.

I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months without TRT. I'm early 30s. There are other ways of fixing this. This book should be essential reading for all men. Written by a 50s guy with T levels of a 20s guy. Complete guide to testosterone by james Francis

I stopped looking for miricle supps and listening to the generic recommendations about testosterone. I also stopped focussing on testosterone because the answer does not lie here. Balance your entire body. Balance everything. And then? You get balanced optimised hormones. Most T content is designed to get you to click and they earn from youtube and from the supps and products they earn. Truth is a completely different approach this is that approach and it works

I should also add that it wasnt easy it takes hard work from you and there were many moments especially at the beginning when I felt like giving in and going on TRT.

People don't read the comments. Read the last sentence of his comment: "Complete Guide to Testosterone by James Francis" that's where he got the information. Buy the book, read it and implement what you learn. This is a long topic that isn't shareable in a youtube comment.

TRT combined with HCG for fetility has dramatically benefitted my life and got me way healthier than I was. I've been on it for 6 years now. Regular bloodwork and low doses are the way forward.

PSA: every man should be getting a full blood panel (including free test, total test, fsh & LH, prostate specific Ag, prolactin, urinalysis complete panel, urine culture routine) done at least once a year
@SF-vt3zr
@SF-vt3zr 23 дня назад
Sure but what are u looking for on those tests 😅
@warrenlanham9088
@warrenlanham9088 23 дня назад
@@SF-vt3zr if possible i would recommend doing sll the tests with insurance and under the care of a doctor. You will request the tests from your doctor and they will write up a referral (or something similar) for you to get them. A doctor will need to see the results anyway if any anomalies are found and/or any action needs to be taken. However, if someone just wants to do a bare bones blood test to check test levels they can go to any number of places that do the tests cheaply ("Any lab test now" is one such company) and get free testisterone and total testosterone checked. All of these types of test come with the results of the test and a range showing were the results fall into it. For example, if you get the testosterone checked and the test results happen to show it to be low it will let you know. If its for a man in his 40s he should be seeing a urologist anyway to get such things checked as well as prostate, colon, etc. But really getting your test levels checked is just to show you how bad they might be. As stated in the video all men's test levels are lower than they should be ( not really shocking since we breathe toxic air, eat toxic food, and drink toxic fluids). The worst part imo is the fact that most men can't get the exogenous testosterone they need to make their lives better due to the propaganda and lies that have been told for the last few decades. btw the only reason testosterone is a controlled substance (which makes it significantly harder to get prescribed even if you desperately need it) is because Joe Biden (yes... that guy) campaigned for it back in the 1990s. Because it's a condoned substance most doctors flat out won't prescribed it even if they know you would benefit greatly from it. Most men are forced to go to "men's health clinics" and pay thousands of dollars to get prescribed something that costs pennies 👍

@@SF-vt3zr Well you can check if you have low testosterone for a start. Fsh and LH and needed for your testicles to produce sperm, they also produce testosterone. Although when you start injecting testosterone, your body stops making fsh and LH which causes your testicles to stop producing sperm and shrink, so you need to also inject HCG. But HCG can cause estrogen to spike (at least that's what it does for me) and Having high prolactin or estrogen can cause problems such as low libido, ED, anxiety, and gyno. I've been on trt for 8 months and it's been an absolute rollercoaster of highs and lows. It takes a long time for the doctors to dial the exact dose you need as everyone's different. When my dose was off it made me feel unbelievably awful for months. I was so anxious I couldn't go to work and almost got fired. I've had the dose right for a while now and I feel amazing! But now my nipples are slightly puffy which could be the early signs of gyno 😮‍💨. And to top it all off TRT is incredibly EXPENSIVE! Ok rant over lol, not sure if any of that was actually useful info 😂

Doctor's office was gung-ho to put me on testosterone shots for the rest of my life!!!!! It was a 2-minute talk, what the question of do I ever want children.. thank God I got enough marbles in my head to research... Main reason was exhaustion... No problem with sex drive or any of the other stuff they talk about.. I'm still exhausted because my job sucks... Not low t

Cheating? What the hell is cheating about making my own choices for myself? It's not a competition. I prefer my ability to exercise and keep my muscle mass and all the other benefits I get from TRT. I don't consider giving myself the best chance to stay healthy and youthful as long as possible to be cheating. What exactly is cheating about TRT? Who are you being unfaithful to?

@@MrApw2011 Totally agree. It's like saying taking vitamins to correct a nutrient deficiency is cheating or using insulin is cheating if you are born a diabetic. Hypogonadism is a medical condition and needs treating accordingly, it's a simple as that.
