Then came Putin and his team and cut a deal with crooked Yeltsin to leave and then Putin kicked out the Russian Mafia and all of the corrupt and crooked oligarchs that stole from the Russian people and never paid their taxes. However, the US and Western countries worked to destroy Putin and Russia by heavy sanctions against her and surrounding her by more and more new hostile NATO countries and started and support and spread anti-russian feelings in Ukraine and conspired and helped the violent overthrow of Keiv and place US approved right wing anti Russian politicians in Ukraine that started wave of anti-Russian violence and discrimination of Ukrainian Russians. I have a lot of russian friends, and used to visit russia often. They are indeed very friendly, warm, funny, people and the most hospitable hosts if you are a guest there. I hope this current shit ends soon and I can visit St Pete's and Moscow again.
