A visit to Okahan Honten in Tokyo Ginza to have Matsusaka Beef, Lobster and a few side dishes. Costs: 63131 Yen / 418 USD (2 people) Name of the restaurant: Ginza Okahan Honten
I think lobster is over rated as a fine dining item. I personally dont even think it should go with steak. But its a popular duo. To each their own. Love the videos of it all being cooked regardless. All looks delicious.
I think depending on the person, you could say that most of the items on a teppanyaki menu can be overrated since they enjoy cooking it themselves more than watching another cook it
as a typical american i have only had lobster tail and claws... i keep watching these and wonder what part of the head you eat when it is served to you
I'm curious if the lobster was overcooked 😂...1 fry, 3 steams and another fry with butter...took so long compared to some that even the maitre d' went out for a smoke 🤣
with 418 dollars ..just buy the best beef and lobster best wine in the market then cook it the same way in your home with all members of the families..
@@cbsguy6363he didn't do as good as the other Japanese chefs that's what he is saying and you can clearly see it he did a good job but not as good as others
Chef is a bit aggressive. Food portion is not worth the money. I can cook my own foods at home. I can cook my steak better than a expensive restaurant too. I will never dine at these restaurant but I enjoy watching.
You're not paying for food, you're paying for prep. He can do the same thing with a baked potato and a pound of bacon. The food is cheap. You pay for his skills and training.
This reminds me of when I was a technical consultant on the major accounts (Trump, Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton Hotels, Boeing, General Mills, Toyota, Mitsubishi ...) sales team at AT&T. I would go to dinner with the rest of the sales team on Major Accounts, and executive level management from the customer to dinners like these ($300 to $800 per person) where multiple hundreds of million dollar contracts were involved. I kind of miss witnessing the negotiations, flying on the corporate jet and the great food (I must have gained a hundred or so pounds of weight. This guy must weigh at least 500 lbs.... during that time of my life)
If he didnt play with the food so much it wouldve cooked twice faster/better lmao mans focused for 20mins on a pepper plus butchered the sh*t outta that lobster meat
Thats a tiny lobsters, you should go to Vegas the lobsters 🦞 is big as your arm for much cheaper. That waygu size is for snack size, it too small, kids meal 😂
