Hi mam, I have seen ur diastasis recti videos mam am following that exercises which you said to heal the diastasis recti problem. I know about this problem after seeing your video only...for me 4 fingers gap....so will it heal quickly??? daily 40 minutes am doing the excercises to heal diastasis recti (part 1 and part 2) videos....so how long it is going to take to heal ????I hope you will reply for my comment

Hi dear, that depends how long your postpartum is, if it's few months it's quick to heal many be few weeks, I found the problem only after 2 years after delivery, so it took 4 months to come to 1.5 fingers, I initially had 4 fingers..

@@IndusRunningDiaries k mam thanks mam am the mother of 5 months baby....how long it will take?? I will do and say the result soon and shall I follow japanese towel method also along with diastasis recti excercises??? @@csdepartment9873 if you feel comfortable you can do dear, if you do DR exercises, I would say you can see results in 1 month max
