No worries. You may use normal mat unless otherwise you have any issues in your knees and ankles. If you have these issues it will hurt while doing on an ordinary mat. You take one or two folded bedsheets and place it on the mat then you will hurt get cushioning feel. 👌👏🙄🤝🤝🤗
