I do Mix/Match for my exercise routine. Cardio for vascular, resistance for muscle strength, and yoga for flexibility and balance. Usually 30-45 mins on most days. I wish I can do it in a shorter time like you do! On days I got my HR up to near max or more, I feel like a Winner. Then there are days like today when I felt meh with my exercise, but I pushed through. 🏋🏻♀️🤾🏻♂️⛹🏻♀️ It was gorgeous out today. Hoomans were everywhere!
