いちごパウダーを使ってふんわり美味しいいちごみるくぶれっどを作ってみませんか？
【材料】6個分
・強力粉：250g
・きび砂糖：25g
・塩：3g
・スキムミルク：15g
・いちごパウダー：10g
・ドライイースト：3g
・牛乳：185g
・バター：25g
【作りかた】
1、ボウルに強力粉・きび砂糖・スキムミルク・塩・ドライイーストを入れ軽く混ぜ合わせる
2、牛乳・バターを加え生地がまとまるまで混ぜる
3、生地がまとまったら台の上に出し、生地が滑らかになるまでよく捏ねる
4、生地がこねあがったら2倍程度に膨らむまで一次発酵させる
5、ガス抜きしてきれいに丸めなおし、ベンチタイムを10分とる
6、生地を15cm×35cm程度に伸ばし、いちごパウダーを全面に広げる
7、端から生地をくるくると巻いていき6等分にカットする
8、型に生地を並べラップをかけて30分程度二次発酵させる
9、表面に牛乳を塗りグラニュー糖をかける
10、180℃に予熱したオーブンで16〜18分焼く
＊表面に塗る牛乳とグラニュー糖は省いても大丈夫です

2. Add milk and butter and mix until the dough comes together.
3. Once the dough comes together, put it out on the counter and knead it well until the dough is smooth.
4. Let it ferment for the first time until it doubles in size.
5. Release the gas, round it up neatly, and take 10 minutes of bench time.
6. Roll out the dough to about 15cm x 35cm and spread the strawberry powder over the entire surface.
7. Roll the dough from the edge and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
8. Arrange the dough in the mold, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for about 30 minutes.
9. Apply milk to the surface and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
10. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 16 to 18 minutes.
＊You can omit the milk and granulated sugar to coat the surface.
