弓道の引き分け動作で正しく体の骨格・筋肉が使えているか知る方法として肩甲骨の動きから考察する方法があります。正しく肩甲骨の動きがされているかを考察してみました。
道着ではよく肩甲骨の動きが判りませんので裸になりじかに肩甲骨の動きを考察してみました。またなかなか裸での考察は出来ませんので道着にじかに手を当てて考察してみる方法も良いでしょう。
