Join me and my crew for this fiery Full Body dumbbell workout to strengthen and sculpt your whole body. Lots of compound moves to keep that heart rate up and get your sweat on. Add ankle weights to level up those legs and core. Let's do this!
I'm using 3lb up to 15 lb dumbbells and 3lb ankle weights. We actually did this workout twice as I forgot to plug my audio cord into the camera 😲. The first time I did this I did use 20lb dumbbells for a few moves. Hey, you can always repeat this like us! 👍

MB, I must say I appreciate your workouts so very much. I’m a Fitness trainer for most of my life & gave it up a few years ago to become a fitness student again 😊 I’m exactly where I want to be right now, and maybe someday I’ll teach again, but for now it’s the 1hr & under classes online that fit into my life the best & you’re one of my favorites!

I'm making a list of these standing strength workouts to do while we're traveling. They are perfect for hotel gyms! I always feel weird using the mats in hotel gyms -- there's not always the best cleaning supplies and they take up so much space in what's typically not that big of a room. Thank you for another great workout!
