I'm using 3lb up to 15 lb dumbbells and 3lb ankle weights. We actually did this workout twice as I forgot to plug my audio cord into the camera 😲. The first time I did this I did use 20lb dumbbells for a few moves. Hey, you can always repeat this like us! 👍
