Okay I'm probably the only one but... Boy, do I hate it !! I do it because I know it's good for me and it's what I need to build strong muscles, but I hate every minute of it. But I still thank you Olivia, because you always manage to make it challenging but doable, you constantly renew yourself so your workouts are never boring.

LOVED this one! My hubbie took my son out so it was nice to bash this one out without any interruptions. Really enjoyable and the hour went quicker than I thought.

Wow, this workout was soooo good! I noticed a lot more compound upper and lower body exercises which really made me feel the burn. I only made it to the 30 min mark and burned 238 calories. You’re all strength standing workouts are so good for my mind body and soul 🙏🥰

Thank you for the super 1 hour workout. The new lifts were good. Would you be able to make another 1 hour workout sometime with a mix of standing and floor dumbbell exercises?

I did it! It was challenging and i was a sweaty mess by the end, but it was definitely doable and I loved that it switched between all muscle groups. The feeling after finishing it is amazing 🎉 Thank you so much!!

This workout was a real piece of work I would say 😂. It felt great at the end. I wonder if I will be able to walk tomorrow.... What I didn't really enjoy was the music, especially in the first half. Kind of Nervensäge... 😅
