Just got back into walking with you again...after a month and a half off...due to an accident my husband had...and moving. too much stress....and too much eating. Cant believe how tired i am after doing this 1 mile. I certainly can loose alot of momentum at 72. This was a good one...thank you.

with my motivTion struggles i obly do 15 min videos at a time how can i build up to 30 min videos?

Hey, great question. You can work on doing 5-10 minutes more every two weeks. Or you can do the workout and take longer breaks. Lastly break up your workout. Try 10 in the morning and 10 min at night
