Boy! Isn't that the truth! We can go at our own pace, stop if we have to take time to change positions from standing to mat, or ease the pain, or do a 'rerun' 🙂 It's fun exercising with Lauren! Do miss SOME of the social aspect of the gym but not worth missing a GOOD practical workout like these!!
I have been doing your workouts for about 3 years since I retired. Shortly after I retired I had a Medicare required bone density test, which showed mild osteopenia. I had another one last week that showed normal bone density, no hint of osteopenia! I attribute that your bone/joint strengthening workouts. Thank you! FYI: I am pushing 70.
I appreciate your kind reminders to hold our stomachs in, to keep our shoulders down. etc. so that we are working the right muscles and keeping our posture correct so we do not cause areas in our bodies to be injured😊
I enjoy the weeks playlists. I feel like when you incorporate different movements daily it keeps exercises interesting and challenging. I’m trying different exercises that I wouldn’t have done before. Thank you.

I enjoyed the combination of strength-building and balance! I was so focused on trying to balance, that I didn't even pay attention to how much weight lifting I was doing. You really do pack a lot into these. I'm very thankful that you have made achievable workouts for beginners that provide plenty of explanations and encouragement.

A deceptively challenging work out because of the combination of balance and use of weights.More sessions for people with osteoporosis would be appreciated 😊

Thanks for doing this workout. I’m sure my glutes will feel the DOMS later. It was my first time doing this and the balance was challenging. I did my best.
Delight! The exercises were at the limit of my capabilities, but they turned out to be quite doable, even the balances worked. Weighted forearm abduction movements have always been difficult for me, but it turns out that if you use only one arm, it works much better. I really enjoyed the training and it’s good that the channel has plans for the week. Thank you so much to the wonderful and wonderful coach Lauren!

I loved the strength and balance challenge combo. As an older woman, I try to work on my balance each day. What I love about your combo workouts is their efficiency, overall use of muscle groups and the brain challenges.
Hi Lauren, I can do this whole workout, and things are hard for me. I had my right knee and right hip replaced. The hip didn't go so well...I wondered if you could make up a workout for seniors' ballet that would be low impact on all the leg joints but still be a good workout. I cannot do most of the ballet workouts due to my hip and knee issues. I love all of your workouts, Lauren. You are inspirational to listen to. Please don't stop doing this!

I was so proud of myself for being able to do the calf raises squat thing 😊…well, I held on to the edge of my bed the first few😀. I will definitely do this routine again to strengthen my ankles! 💕 ❤

I really enjoy your channel. I’m helping my mother 80yo mother regain flexibility and strength with your workouts. The only suggestion I have is that you reduce the speed of your movements because they are not truly adapted to people over 70. But thank you for all your work and help.

Definitely need work on my balance - pretty shaky! I love your videos so much. They're so versatile and your guidance is wonderful. I can find a workout for any situation, whether I only have 10 minutes or I"m able to do a longer session. And then I can also combine them! Hip pain has been an issue but I've found excellent workouts that help with that. Thank you, Lauren!!
