The bigger question about Ash is why is the one girl from the 2 Region, who got marill as Pokemon A far better Pokemon trainer than Ash, and why ash still does almost know nothing about Pokemon's after 20years
Geralt of Rivia What you said does happen a lot. But Breaking Bad and.... trying to think of something else that ended well besides a lot of anime series... Dexter? No...Game of Thrones? Still going.... Daredevil? Yes, but kinda...
The problem is that the people with the power to end a TV show aren't the ones who are creating it. An executive can axe a show while the creators are in the middle of a plot, giving them too little time to satisfactorily resolve anything. Alternatively, they can renew a show that's already run out of ideas, leaving the creators scrambling to cobble together whatever they can regardless of quality. Or, and this was Babylon 5's fate, the network can draw out renewal for so long that the creators assume the show won't get picked up again, wrap up the story, and then get renewed anyway.
The Saved by the Bell theory makes perfect sense. I never seen Good Morning Miss Bliss but I know it takes place in Indiana, so yeah Zack's dream is of what most people believe a high school in southern California would be like in the 80s/90s
Alright, no. Just no. That Jetsons/Flintstones theory is flat wrong. In the crossover itself they straight up reveal that the Flintstones is taking place in the future relative to the Jetsons. That's the whole twist. Kinda casts things in a different light when you realize that the future is going to turn into the past, doesn't it.
What? in the movie the jetsons are attempting to go to the future but astro accidentally switches the time machine to "past" and they end up in bedrock. When does it say bedrock is actually the future?
So, if the "OC" one is true does that mean his character from "Southland" is actually the same guy, using his real name, who, after his time in the O.C. went to the police academy and became a policeman himself? Is there a chance that this same character is now hiding out in Gotham City as James Gordon?
Most of these are a stretch but at least they take a lot into account. That Top Gear one literally ignores most of the challenges and only mentions two. What about the African, India, South America, North Pole challenges?
You mean the South America one where the show was panned and Jeremy Clarkson was facing the possibility of a jail sentence for referencing the Falklands War? That had quite a serious political backdrop to it. The African one ended in Tanzania which is having major political issues and Rwanda also had a series of political killings not long after the show. There was a *huge* anti-corruption movement in India following the show too. And.. global warming for the North Pole? (I'm just being facetious, it's clearly bollocks but that's the sort of shit people would claim.😋)
Impalabeeper; I suggest you Google the word "facetious" as you seem to be unaware of it's meaning. But to show how easy it is to make bullshit connections to play along with the "conspiracy" of their Specials then the day after it aired 5 were killed by a Muslim gunman in Salt Lake City and just under a fortnight after it a Taliban suicide attack on Bagram Air Base (while the Vice President was there) killed 23. And how about events leading to the first democratic election in Myanmar after almost 25 years of effective dictatorship? It's fucking easy to take political issues and tie them into the nonsense "conspiracy."
impalabeeper; Yes. The person who is literally stating he's being facetious with what he's typing is *CLEARLY* being serious about it. The only thing I'll be serious about is if you're giving that response with no shred of sarcasm involved then I'll need to legit facepalm over it.
Gilligan and the gang did eventually get off the island in a reunion special and turned the island into a resort destination. I do like the Donald Duck theory though.
Donald having PTSD makes even more sense in the light of the new Duck Tales series in that he is filled with anxieties about his nephews and was more than likely a witness in the death or disappearance of his sister and the boys' mother, Della.
Most of these I kind of knew, and those I didn't are too outlandish to take even semi-seriously --- but I have to say, I LOVE the idea that Jeremy Clarkson, James May & Richard Hammond are Agents for the Tory Branch of MI-6 or some private secret agent concern. So... Does this mean that their moving to Amazon Prime is whoever's running them's way to expanding their reach...?
Especially considering how many of them are just "It's all in X Character's head because they're dead/dying/in a coma/magic/whatever" "St. Elsewhere" ended nearly 30 years ago guys, get over it.
It was one of the first prime time American sitcoms where the characters would break the fourth wall and stare directly at the camera for comedic effect. ....these theories are what happens when the t.v. looks right at you
The hell thing can't be true because they did follow up movies and in one of them they had been rescued, the Howells offically bought the island, turned it into a resort and they all worked there. I might buy that Fantasy Island is the same island and they're just on opposite sides or something though. :)
I actually buy the "Ash is Immortal" theory he's been zapped by Pikachu more times than I can count and I'm not just talking about harmless little jolts either. He's been hit with levels of electricity that should have reduced him to ash(pardon the terrible pun there.)
They also have creature capable of creating an almost unlimited amount of matter out of no where. Why are you trying to bring real world logic into a cartoon?
Here's a fun walking dead theory. The sickness in the prison proves that Judith is Ricks daughter. Both Judith and Carl are immune to the sickness but if they get that from Lori the chances that Rick is also immune is very unlikely.
Here is one big reason why I don't believe ash is in a coma. If he were in a dream state where he can control what happens. Why would he not make himself ever win the pokemon league or catch legendary pokemon. I understand it's about the journey and having good times with your friends all the while conquering fears and problems together as a team. But if it were my dream, I would make myself win the damn pokemon league. Maybe that's why ash is in a coma. He's stuck forever battling along side his "friends" that he's forgotten how to get out of his dream and come back to the real world. But if the last episode of pokemon finishes with him beating the league and overcoming that final obstacle. Then wakes up in a hospital bed. I'm gonna start crying and be sooooo pissed. Even though it would make sense with the whole 'coma' theme. It would still piss me off.
You could do a whole list on all the theories behind Goofy's wife/Max's mom from Goof Troop. Goofy is the first and probably only widower in all of children's cartoons, but there are no pictures of his wife anywhere. They have an episode with a Goof family reunion, but nobody talks about Goofy's wife. There are shorts from the 1950s portraying Goofy as married, but his wife's face is never shown. The official Disney answer is literally, "there is no answer to this question."
The theory that the island on Lost is actually Fantasy Island, and is the origin story. Both shows were on ABC, and the island had powers. Mr Rourke is actually Ben Linus (after Hurley gives up the island), going back in time and is trying to do good with it (which is why he wears white). The short lived remake has him slipping back to his darker self (and slightly influenced by the smoke monster) which is why he wears black. There was even a character on the show who could not leave the island. Somehow he redeemed himself and Rourke allowed him to leave stating he was no longer needed by the island (IIRC). He was turned into a child and given "a second chance" to live his life.
The Firefly theory is bupkis, the 14 episodes had been setting on a shelf until FX programmers needed a summer replacement and discovered hey there's something we can throw onto the schedule!
Ash died, when pikachu zapped him to scare away the flock of sparrow. Ho oh revived him because he died saving pikachu thus granting him immortality. Pikachu became his most loyal partener out of guilt. My theory
I heard one where that zap put Ash into a coma and all his adventures there after are all just a dream. Hence why he is for ever 10 and everything starts magically working out for him no matter what he does.
Oh wow that's crazy!! Oh wait an order for that Top Gear Theory to work they would have had to gone to the Middle East before Desert Storm. Wait did top gear exist in 1989?
Kevin McNeela yeah sure, you can date the problems we had in the Middle East back to the 1970s but Desert Storm was in the 90s.......Now before you try rage replying back at me, I had a brother who was in Desert Storm so you might want to Google the fact when Desert Shield started and when it turned into Desert Storm
Tbh I know very little about the middle east. Our history is about World War 2 (in Europe mostly) and how evil the British are. I don't know how old the problems in the middle east are but longer than 1970 I think. Sure Britain murdered mesopotamian women and kids with chemical weapons in the early 1900's I just meant Top Gear is on since some time in the 70's As for a "rage reply" idk why you think id rage at you??
My problem with the Pokemon theory is that not only Ash is still young, but everyone around seem not to have aged a day. Misty and Brock have shown up on and off and appear to be the same ages too, despite new looks. I surpose that it is possible for the dream to include those around him as them changing would also affect his journey, but that would apply to other people that saw Ho-oh too, which woul lead to so much happening at once as a result.
Set designers and costume designers NEVER throw crap together. Color theory and story are always there, it's part of the job, and some films/shows are just more obvious than others. Breaking Bad is in the obvious category, just like the Matrix and other projects with declared color palettes.
I'm not sure I get it. Are they saying that while the cast and crew are there they are carrying out secret missions for the British goverment that destablizes these goverments or are they saying that just them being there has that effect?
Jeff Dillensnyder yes they did. They just called it shell shock. PTSD has been known and called many things over the years. It's just being taken far more seriously now.
If Ash is immortal why does none else gets older? He actually fell to a coma when he was attacked by Pikachu in the first episode. Everything else is his dream.
You should do a list on actors who've played polar opposite role like how Daniel Day-Lewis played both Lincoln and Bill the Butcher who are the exact opposite, you should do this of course if you haven't already
This will ruin your childhood. The original head writer of Pokemon, before he died, intended for the series to end with 'It was all in his head' look it up.
For ages I couldn't work out why the sound effect played at this videos intro made me feel so happy or was so familiar, then I stared binge watching Doctor Who... and now that wonderful sound is my iphone ringtone.
Here's a theory about t.v. shows in general; They're all just mindless distractions to keep your mind occupied with things that don't really matter while the world burns around us.
*Verity Lambert was behind the assassination of JFK!* The first episode of Doctor Who first aired just one day after John F. Kennedy's assassination, and the news coverage was deemed so over-shadowing that the BBC re-ran the pilot episode a week later, just before the 2nd one. Reruns were highly unusual at the time and enough good word of mouth had spread about the first airing of the pilot that a lot of people watched it when it was aired again, and then were hooked on the show. Verity Lambert, being one of the first female producers on TV, knew that if the show did not succeed she would not be given a chance again. She created a major news event to stack the deck in the shows favour.
1 problem with the Breaking Bad colour code - the bear in the pool represents Gus Fring's death. Half it's face is blown off, just like Gus, and it is purple/pink (like the shirt Gus is wearing under his suit).
No. The 1 problem with the colour code is that they think it's something special. Every damn thing out there has a colour code as it's the most basic thing about designing. They clearly need something as underlined as this to actually get that there is actually some thought put in what they are watching.
Donald Duck doesn't just suffer from PTSD. He has bi-polar disorder; which is a *result* of it. His rich Uncle Scrooge never shared the wealth; drafted by rich Uncle Sam. Or, signed up for the Navy to make his own money. His spoiled great nephews respect HIM more than Donald. Daisy kept dumping him, for his anxiety attacks... possibly faced sexual abuse as a sailor. Mickey Mouse, his business partner, would unintentionally embarrass him. Shell shocked (again) in public while playing a piano duet with Daffy Duck, after WW2. Teased by Dr. Von Drake, his psychiatrist. Never got promoted by 1988's "Duck Tales" having served over 40 yrs. ?!?! Oh, and as a war era veteran myself: Happy Memorial Day! May 27, 2019
It's funny how the Ash theory keeps going around, even though near the end of season 1, when Ash is back in Viridian City to get his last badge, he comments "I can't believe it's been a *whole year"* Meaning he would have been 11 by that time, since obviously he was 10 at the very start.
If Top Gear were starting conflicts on purpose, then the government would've found some evidence that proves a TV SHOW IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY CONFLICT MENTIONED IN THIS VIDEO. Tell me that isn't logical? I'm not kidding, that theory is like a Television show "jumping the shark" and that does not end well for some shows.
They didn't cancel Jericho because of its second season... Jericho only HAD a second season because the fans protested the cancellation of the FIRST season. And then CBS dicked around with it and only gave it 7 episodes anyways.
*OK the top gear theory wouldn't be that crazy, there was already a history like that, it was even recreated in a movie call "Confessions of a dangerous mind"*
Never heard that version of Flintstones/jetson one. Have heard that the Flintstones were further in the future. Due to the time machine being on the forward setting when they went to bedrock.
One of the last episodes of Saved By the Bell is about how Cool Zack thinks he is, but everyone else thinks he is a jerk. It's the episode where they come up with a new school anthem. I kind see where its told from his day dreaming
Ron from Bob's Burgers is a grown-up Beavis: he went into Witness Protection after the events of the movie, turned his life around, and his decision to become a health inspector was largely motivated by remorse for all the vile shit he and Butthead did at Burger World. Jan's sister in Scottsdale is the cat-lady psycho bitch from Amy's Baking Company: her frequent visits are therapeutic, because even a basket case like Jan feels downright normal after a few days around Amy and Sami.
What does Toy Story have do anything with The Walking Dead? The Walking Dead tv show is made to capture the tone of the comics. Replicating the feel of the 2000's.
Star Trek had a similar episode where people living in cloud cities enslaved the people on the surface. With the Jetsons though, they'd have easier access to raw materials in space from asteroids. They'd probably still need some biological materials for their food processors, at least to replace losses during the recycling process, so maybe there are some farms. Then again, robots would be likely be more efficient than stone age people. More likely the Flintstones are a remnant of humanity the Jetsons left behind. Maybe they were given genetically modified animals so they wouldn't pursue technological advances, and they'd have to expend a lot of effort producing food to feed them. That would keep the Flintstones more confined to certain areas and away from and below the Jetsons.
