Please join me for another quick 10 minute tabata style workout, plus a bonus 5 minute abs burner that will help boost our metabolism, elevate the heart rate and strengthen our core muscles! This session is low impact (no jumping), so it is apartment and travel friendly, beginner friendly but dynamic enough to challenge more advanced levels of fitness. However, intensity, as always depends on you; try to push yourself to your max during the short work times: you v you 👊 Embrace the challenge but above all, keep smiling and have fun! 😀
✷ Please note: no warm-up is included in this video so use this as a finisher to another workout or please be sure to take at least 3-5 minutes prior to beginning this session:

5 MIN ABS/CARDIO: 50 sec work, 10 sec rest

✦Exercises include: alternating kick backs, knee crunch-cross kick, lat pull-butt kick, side lunge-step out, down dog alternating toe taps, step back-knee drive, crab toe touch, shuffle cross punch, single side hip twist, cheerleader step out, plank alternating knee drop, side plank (leg lift option), plank alt hip dips, plank alt cross to side knee
