I would say the other warm up video is better before a handstand workout, because it has more shoulder stability and core activation exercises. This one is perfect for a cool down or on active rest days 👌🏻
can you do more wrist exercices for strength ? even the wrist circles feel painful for my wrists. I'm trying to do more push ups and plank exercices but my wrists are always in pain. Thank u !!
