That was awesome! It was my first time doing chair yoga, and I loved it. I feel so relaxed right now. At peace. With me having anxiety and depression, I don't feel like this very much lol. And being 100 pounds overweight, I haven't been able to do a yoga session... or even a regular-length chair yoga. I'm so out of shape! This was so perfect for me to ease into this! My Dr wants me to start with only once a week, and I think I finally found a video I won't feel anxious about keeping up with. Thank so much
Omg I got up at 4 am to do this. I used to do yoga daily and now I’m obese and I was using this to get my fix and to be a starter back into yoga. Awesome. That holding on to the back of the chair bend omggg my back was so tight it felt so good
This 10 minute chair video is helping to restore my flexibility and actually save my life. I am so out of shape and stressed after years of sitting a lot for my job and relative inactivity. I can see a better future and this will get me started - it is the perfect beginning.
Thank you! I'm a yoga teacher who generally has a faster paced more intensive practice. This was wonderful and just what I needed right now! Everybody can benefit from chair yoga. You will never out grow it no matter how flexible or strong you get.

This session was really good for my back. I've been incorporating yoga more and more into my routine because of the benefits it has been having for my body and mind. I've weight lifted for a year and it took a really big toll on my body. Yoga has been helping me release a lot of knots, tension, and stiffness. I love it so much. My walking has been a struggle but finding your video today and walking through these steps with you for the very first time has helped me tremendously. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my rheumatologist suggested yoga. My flexibility is near to none…or was I should say until now. I feel less stressed and my body feels relaxed and less stiff. Thank you so much I really enjoyed this year we in the chair I injured my knee and I needed to steal yoga cuz I was feeling so bad not doing it but that was just enough that help me stretch my muscles and get my leg guard I'm a CNA and I work hard I do yoga about two months now and I really enjoy every moment of it so for me not doing it for 5 days has been real hard so I looked up page up on RU-vid and I am so happy that I about this page because I need you to yoga email I need to see if it's my meditation for the day thank you
