Whining about how things would be different from the other genders point of view is stupid because men and women are entirely different. I dont know why it's so acceptable to bash peoples height. Like bash something i can actually change and improve on, bashing someones height is almost like bashing a race. Its like one of the only things people cant change without doing something radical and unsafe
As a 5'7 guy.you can't do anything about it but it's also a fact that height matters in attractiveness.just cause you can't change it doesn't mean it doesn't matter
I am a metalhead and an extreme metal music fan, i was told wearing band shirts every day is unattractive and girls don't like it, but honestly plain color shirts are banal to me, i prefer artistic designs. Just my personal taste! 🤘🏻
Being happy and enjoying life is number one. Women don’t care about looks as much as men do. A woman who sees a man living their life to the fullest and enjoying it will naturally be drawn to them. Besides keeping obvious hygiene in check, the rest is more negligible

Body hair within reason is fine, it's this modern feminizing of men; look at Sean Connery. Height is one of those things, I'm 6'1" but I'll give a more extreme example. Eddie Hall is 6'5" but he's so thick and wide that at some points I thought he was 5 ft square (as wide as tall lol.) Vince Gironda probably knew how to make someone look taller, if you look at Jeff Nippard his musculature makes him look shorter. I know slimming the waist makes one look taller, lengthening the neck would but I have no idea how to do that.
#1. Do weight training, #2. Drink at least 4+ litres of water per day, #3. Eat complex carbs 50g at most per meal, but have lots of green veggies + less salty food + have enough protein per day and finally , #4. Sleep in a Dark room for at least 6hours but go to bed sharp by 10pm!
That is cool. But I think you are focusing too much on "attracting" woman. I know the point of the video is attractiveness, but most of the solutions are just living a healthy life. And this doesn't necessarily mena you are doing it just to please or attract the opposite sex. It's way to shallow
Honestly you cant be that shallow about your body image. Stop behaving like you would need to be in model standards. Just be smart, nice, study and work hard then you find someone whos worth it.
