@@vincenzadepalma2637 Stick with it, it takes some time to regulate but keep checking your blood sugar to make sure it doesn't get out of control and it doesn't work for some people but it does work for most, if you are overweight it seems to take longer to regulate. My wife is having the same issue right now.

Doc i started doing the carnivore diet 1 month ago and my blood pressure went from 168/80 down to 123/65. I dove into the carnivore diet head first-dropping off all carbs and sugar. Im a retired Navy Seabee/Sniper and this new carnivore way of eating is awesome, i was always told that to much red meat was bad for you, i guess that was a bunch of bull shit, This diet makes me feel like im in my 20's again, im working out again and my Doctor told me i will be off the high blood pressure pills shortly, Thank God i saw your video's. That's the only medication i take, you saved my life, thank God you have the courage to do these honest video's. Thanks again Doc Joe H Navy Seabee/Sniper

Not BS, propaganda put there by people who know better but are afraid of competition & want to eliminate as many people as they can. Carnivore diet is exactly as you described, an absolute game changer, I felt like I was dying now I feel better than I ever have except maybe around the age of 12 years old or so when I was growing and very active. (35year old) I don't blame people in the slightest though there are certain foods I absolutely adored the taste of & grew up eating never realized that it wasn't in my best interest to stay away from those at-least 5 days a week but honestly indefinitely is more optimal than novelty seeking.

I went from whole food plant based for near 10 years to carnivore next day's OMAD, ZZZZ?upon chewing and swallowing first bitebof gradd fed organic ground beef, I felt my vegan starved missing essential nutrients now present woke my cells up. I heard a moan come out of me that kept up all during the meal! I.amdcall my cells were cellabrating. Triggered sn environmetalbtoxic dumping which literally rendered every bit.of fat off my body, including the visceral fat. Size 22 pants to a 2-5 within days. All the toxins dumped instantly made me instantly the cogniyive queen with vocabulary spelling, decernment, linear thinking and almost so.far near perfect memory. Wowza@ greart things happen on carnivore.

Carnivore food is slightly cheaper than SAD around 10-20% less. Meat and fat fills you up more than plant food and we stopped wasting food. Grocery shopping goes faster and not cooking sides make dinner easier to prepare. Eat lots of eggs, cheese, beef, and bacon. Use cream and lots of butter. I only eat once or twice a day now. No more soft drinks, sugar, or fast food. That saves a lot!

I’ve been watching your videos for the last month. I’ve been working out for over a year with very little results. I started “keto” just before New Years to change it up but I did very little research and was really just cutting out carbs. Once I started watching your videos and getting more info on the correct way to do it, it changed everything. I’m now down 30 lbs and I can’t sit still. I always have to be doing something I have so much energy. I thought I had just gotten lazy but now I realize my diet really hurt me. Thanks for everything your doing!

We don't call whole foods a supplement, our physiology can handle both (meat & veg) so there needs not be a war about it, wide variety in moderation, the goal is balanced nutrition not to argue what is the absolute best, as many people in other countries do not have the luxury of choice as in Western Countries.

@jerrywilliams5741 2 года назад
The good doctor is WAY wrong on the Vitamin C. He needs to read Dr. Levy's book about the primary cause of heart attacks world wide. They start with inflammation, usually in the mouth, which proceeds to suck up all the available Vitamin C in the body and results in localized scurvy taking up residence first at the first junction of the aorta. Presto, heart attack about to happen. So millions of lives could be saved each year by an increase in people mega dosing in vitamin C. Read the book, "Curing the Incurable" ps, Dr Levy is not only an MD but an attorney as well.

Thanks Dr Berry. Your videos have always been most helpful to me. On keto I have also been eschewing salt. While I lost dozens of pounds - and have kept the pounds off, I think this avoiding salt interfered with my absorption of electrolytes and I now have arrhythmia. I'm adding heavy cream, d-rybose powder and a teaspoon of cocoa powder to my daily coffee. I'm now carnivore and eat liver and sardines at least once a week. Lots of soft eggs, fish (all kinds) and meat. My dog is on the same diet We're both doing fine.

I'm not sure if organic liver is available at the supermarket, that would depend on where you shop for it. Lamb's liver in Australia is generally high quality so it's not something to be overly concerned about. I usually consume 20g raw twice a day, the first serve with cooked mince for my main meal and then with the sardines as a lighter meal for my dinner.

Most research shows supplements increase all cause mortality whenever a RCT is done vs observational data. Key is to know if you are deficient in something and take only that. Of course the metrics of deficiency are often way off. I still take a few supplememts fairly regularly Vit D ~ 5000IU Vit k2 as mk7 ~ 300mcg Magnesium in a time release form. I occasionally take methylated folate due to family history of low folate, and being a single carrier of a MTHFR gene variant. I'm lowish carb diet and daily fasting with 16-20hrs, but not strict ketogenic or carnivore.

I have to disagree with a couple of these. One being the probiotic. Absolute game changer for me. The difference I felt when I finally started on a daily probiotic was life changing. Dr Berry said if you are doing Keto and carnivore RIGHT, you don’t need these supplements. If you’re eating all these carbs with salads and smoothies and fiber, you are NOT doing the diet he is talking about. I can’t believe how many people commenting here are not doing carnivore or meat heavy Keto and still complaining “but my supplements helped me!” Well, you aren’t on a carnivore or a meat heavy Keto diet, so this video has nothing to do with your context or situation. You need your supplements because you don’t have the proper diet. It’s that simple.

I have been trying to regain control of my health, beginning keto, quitting smoking, etc... when it comes to supplements, I have been taking the multi, fish oil, d3,. Now I have been having blood flow issues, ED being one of them. I have been supplementing with L-Citrulline. Should I stop that? Or is that a good thing to take? I also have been on bp meds and was told from a recent ultrasound that I have fatty liver, on top of dealing with kidney stones. I also have gout and am a little apprehensive about doing keto.
@carold.8782
@carold.8782 4 года назад
I can't answer all of you questions, but keto should help fatty liver, kidney stones and gout. From what I have heard the excess uric acid that causes the swelling and pain is something your body can excrete just fine, unless you are eating too many carbs! Good for you to give it a chance! Not sure that all of those things will immediately resolve, but it should be a step towards better health overall!

David, watch Dr Berg’s video on eating the whole lemon … the pith and the skin contain most of the Vitamin C. He says the juice actually contains very little. He suggests cutting up the lemon, tossing in blender with 1 cup water. U can add stevia drops, add some blueberries - I do raspberries and blend it up into a drink. It takes awhile to get used to the idea of eating whole lemon but it’s refreshing drink and covers entire daily C needs. I would think u could also add apple cider vinegar into this mix though I get my apple cider vinegar by using it with olive oil for salad dressing.

I still take a calcium supplement once in a while, along with magnesium, D3 and K2mk7 and vitamin A. AFAIK, having the K2 present is most essential to get D3 to activate and put calcium into the bones. Without those in combination, calcium is likely more dangerous than beneficial. And I take fish oil regularly because IMO, you can't overdo the omega 3, because it will take a good while to replace all the omega 6 built into your cells and mitochondria from the old way of eating. It is all find and dandy to recommend that you don't need these supplements, but then the next guy will tell you our soils are depleted, and you can't get all you need from modern plants nor from the animals grazing on those plants. Who ya gonna believe?
