Love this video! I’ve noticed your kids are never on devices and always reading or drawing. We noticed our sons behavior changing from being on his iPad. We have been going a few weeks device free. Could you do a video talking about device free ideas and tips on encouraging your child to be creative or read??

I have a muffins recipie with oats, peanut butter, eggs, pecans or almonds and rasins. No sugar added and I make them in the microwave. My kids love them for breakfast or as a snack.

I began ordering Bellway from your recommendation. My husband and I both take it and love it. We’ve both felt a huge improvement of intestinal health! An interesting benefit that my husband found was that all the warts on his hands went completely away! Shows that it definitely improves the immune system as well!

I love my tea and coffee especially around winter time. It helps me eat less since I'm full on water. Now in the evening I do like my glass of wine. I hold out on eating sweets and junk throughout the day because I know I get my treat in the evening. I pour my glass and sip on it. I'll pick wine over eating my sweets.

Water is such a hard thing to keep up with and then motivation to exercise! Is it weird I'm motivated to exercise when I'm in bed at night and then when I wake up, I'm like, nope, haha! Anyway, working on staying consistent! :-)

Question: I am getting enough water most days, so I don't have a question to increase water intake. My question is for food intake. When I watched this I noticed how much you are able to eat in one day and I definitely don't eat enough. I tend to not eat because nothing sounds good. How would I go about adding more to my daily food intake without it backfiring on me?

Sweet drinks---gets me every time. I much rather drink my calories HAHA! My problem is not dessert but popcorn!!!! Our family loves us some protein...we eat venison a lot.

I recommend 1.5-1.8 grams per lb of body weight as a generalization
