Thank you, Autumn. Great list, and I incorporate almost all of these in my body recomp diet. Canned sardines are the best. One more food I'd recommend is dark chocolate (or even 100% cacao).

Love the video Autumn! Such good info! I struggle with organs too just because it’s “the idea” more than anything. I recently tried Pluck seasoning and it’s really good. It has a blend of organs so you get the benefits of a variety they have different flavors which I’ve just substituted for salt and pep and they also have a plain flavor which is perfect for mixing into a drink like collagen, protein, or a smoothie.

I'm glad you mentioned organ meats. They are so important for optimal health. Force of Nature (sold at Whole Foods) has a ground beef and organ blend. Texture is great, but there is a slight organ taste. It's okay though, I use it to make burgers or taco meat.

Thank you for the informative video. I would love to see more argument supporting the consumption of cow's milk. The majority of health influencers - even the science based ones - are not even mentioning traditional milk as an option. Re organ meat, there are some delicious Middle Eastern recipes worth checking (: one of my favorites is chicken livers with pomegranate molasses, although it has sugar but it's so good

Red meat is incredibly nutritious, unless you suffer from piles where you can't have it as much as white meat. Full fat dairy products are all great, the only issues are either lactose or the 2 different casein protein, therefore consume according to your tolerance. Goat milk ,for instance, contains A2 casein. Also limit dairy if piles is also an issue. As for small fish, even in fresh ones don't worry about the bones. Nothing to say about the rest mentioned by Autumn. To conclude, depending on whether you suffer from gout or not, don't go crazy on ones mentioned by Autumn high in uric acid. Cheers Autumn ❤️.

What if you only fast monday through friday and not on the weekends? Or does it have to be 7 days a week?

All the time. When not fasting, must eat food rich in fiber, protein and fat. Don’t forget to walk and exercise. Otherwise, you won’t achieve your weight loss goal. Having a healthy and balanced lifestyle is constant work.

I need advice I'm trying to lose weight cause I recently had heart failure and respiratory failure my lung doctor told me to lose weight told me to skip a meal so I have been. I was 212 now I keep bouncing from 200 to 202 and I'm only 5'6

These studies are constantly changing. What's healthy this year won't be next year.we have the same debate with coffee, they say it's healthy and next time the study is done, coffee is not good for you. ???????

I went to my doctor & asked the same thing, so she ordered a full blood panel. Once reviewed, my doctor advised supplements specific to my gender, age, & health goals. Good luck. 🍀

where is dark chocolate on this list?😂 lol. Edit: I think I remember reading that goat's milk is lower in lactose than cow's milk. I just google searched it to confirm, yes, goat's milk is 1% lower in lactose compared to cows. There's also an article from Michigan State University that states, "Many people have an allergy to cow milk but can consume goat milk products. This is usually not a lactose intolerance, but a difference in some of the other components." Interesting.

So I changed my diet and added more eggs and dairy and my cholesterol went through the roof. I’ll be returning to the healthier plant-based diet that has kept me healthy for years.

Yes! Went on a healthy Keto diet for 2 years lost 40 pounds but blood pressure and cholesterol were high now eating less animal high fat products and more plant based high fiber didn’t gain any weight back and now blood pressure and cholesterol are back down and feeling great!

I think she means to eat these in combinations with other things, though. E.g., ground beef can be your protein for the meals. Combine it with veggies.
