I'm sure that was a big job taking the dash out and cleaning everything before putting it all back together. I actually had never seen a "how to" on a fox body. Very informative,.. Excellent work!!

Great video!! I’m trying to build a 1991 GT. I just made a video where I spray dyed the old dash. I’m about to have to figure out how to reroute the harness through the dash and reassemble all the air duct. This video is gonna be very helpful. Glad I found your channel. Gave you a sub! 🙌

If that heater core is aluminum than you need a flow restrictor to put in the imlet house so it doesnt destroy your new heater core.

@selectyourtools
@selectyourtools 6 месяцев назад
@@a1machinista1 That would be good! Take time, label stuff and even take some pictures to reference back to in case you need to. Taking out the seats would definitely help! I should’ve did that.

@selectyourtools I have an aftermarket wheel, do you think just taking the wheel off will help with not dropping thee column?
@selectyourtools
@selectyourtools 6 месяцев назад
@@a1machinista1 maybe? Not sure on that one. You maybe able to get it out without lowing the column. The column isn’t bad to lower though.

Awesome video ! Hey what’s the reason to seal back the evaporator box ? You can’t just tape it ??
@selectyourtools

Thanks man! I say you probably could, I just did cause I wanted it sealed and not make noises and stuff.
@Eddie510s

@@selectyourtools appreciate the response ! Yea I finally got to the box but previous owner did a hack job on cutting it making big gaps so I think I have no choice but to duct tape it or find another assembly box :(
@selectyourtools
@selectyourtools Год назад
@@Eddie510s Oh man that sucks! After I put mine back together and chalked it, I used the HVAC aluminum duct tape on mine too. Maybe you could screw or glue some small pieces of thin metal or something to help make it more rigid or something? Best of luck on the repairs man! Thanks!!
