I will do my best ! Guys- i dont want to be an attention seeker but I live on my own and would appreciate you liking this daily to just remind me to take control over my body and do these exercises. I tend to give up easily due to severe depression (havent worked 4 years because of it).

3 days in! Currently weigh 270 and have been plus size my whole life. I’ve never been able to commit to a routine, but I want to get serious about my health for myself and my future family! If anyone reading could send some prayers my way, I’d be so appreciative 🙏💖

Good luck! Lost 10kgs with her videos and caldef. Then got an knee injury and couldn't do it anymore for 2 yrs, but now I'm back at it. My only tip I can give is don't wait for the motivation to kick in, just get up and do it. You can't rely on your motivation, because it will not always be there 😅 Wish you all the best 🥰

You got this!!! And you are not alone, I myself am also plus size. I started this journey at 290. But do not get discouraged if you go on the scale and don't lose much. It seems I have only lost a few pounds, but I definitely feel the difference in my body and even my clothes are fitting me different. Just keep pressing and push yourself more each time! 👏

I work 10 hour shifts at work and then I have many responsibilities with my family in the evenings that keep me busy. So I often get home at 11pm and go to bed and then it starts again the next day. But I decided to stop making excuses. So today, while at work. I took a break from sitting at my desk and did this workout in an empty office room nearby. So proud of myself. 💪

Hi, Jo! I don't know if you'll ever see this comment, but this was my first workout that I've done in a VERY long time. I made it through the whole thing, and when I reached the final stretch, I started crying. I don't know if it's the stress this released, or the joy of completing, but either way, God bless you and continue to let God use you. I plan on doing ONE a day. Like you said, consistency can look different everyday, but as long as we keep our bodies moving- even a small 20 minutes in a 24 hour period can make a difference. OH! And I am sweating bullets, so I feel really good. Thankyou!

Hey jo!! I'm 13 and was at my all time high weight of 143 pounds. I'm not even that tall so my entire body was accumulated with fat. Tired of all the taunts and not being comfortable in my own skin, I started working out with your videos from April 2024. I was consistent till today and will continue to be. I thank you so so much for making me lose 11 pounds in just 3 months. I've never felt this happy. I stayed away from the scale until today and I'm extremely proud of my hardwork! Hello so I normally don't write, but omg, thank you for this! I'm a mom of 3 a 15, 8, and a 2 year old. My husband has just passed 6 months from cancer. I decided with my teen son to eat healthier and move around. As difficult it is, but this video motivates me and hopes to continue on a new journey. I’m so sorry for your loss! As someone in a medical field working on oncology I can’t imagine the pain of losing a loved one. I’ve made and still connect with lots of families of my patients and still talk to some of my patients! I’m so grateful for my job but also it’s so emotional . I pray for them always! I’m am a 13 year old girl and I’ve been doing her work out and almost trying to do a calorie deficit eating 1650 calories per day sometimes I go over I am overweight for my age I was 210 pounds now I am 202 pounds so I lost 8 pounds ❤ all you guys are so supportive love you Jo thanks for good and fun workouts

Thank you keeping me company in my weight loss journey. Have been following your youtube videos for 2 years now , took a break after my hysterectomy but am back on track. I am 52 yrs old and fortunately still being able to do most of the knee friendly routines esp the DAY 1 to day 5 of strength and core as I am advised to use weights. pls keep up the good work . I did this with 5 lb dumbbells, I needed an added challenge because I workout with both Grow with Jo and Caroline Girvan consistently, and I needed a happy medium for cardio. I find that with my current fitness level, Jo's cardio has become too easy, but Caroline's cardio is far too difficult even without added weight. Jo's cardio with 5 lb dumbbells was exactly what I needed! This was a wonderful workout and I also appreciate the new content, thank you!

Just finished this workout, and oh my the sweat!!!! It felt amazing! did workout in my all seasons deck area that has no AC in 78degree weather. Been following Jo channel for awhile, but this month I promised myself I was going to be more consistent to the workouts as a birthday gift to myself 😂 so far been averaging 3-4workouts a week and down 4.5 pounds since June 1! Not a lot but it's a start for this busy Momma

its been a little while since i last intentionally worked out, used to follow your videos all the time and I was obsesseddd with your dance workouts. felt insecure today and realized i want to get back into taking care of myself! saw this video was new but i was sooo nervous to try it... Felt the Lord motivate me so I had to give it a chance. this was so uplifting!! perfect difficulty level and got my sweat on and I just feel so much better I will definitely be coming back to this one :) thank you so much for all your hard work its so inspiring

I've been following GROWWITHJO's RU-vid workouts since the winter time. At that time, I weighed around 183lbs. Now, it's summertime, and I've gone down to 157lbs! I'm still working towards strengthening and toning my body. These videos have lead me to success! It's the first consistent workout routine I've created for myself that I haven't given up on! Thank you GROWWITHJO!! :)

The good thing about summer is that I didn't need to change into workout clothes. Already in a tanktop and shorts this evening I directly jumped into this and it was so much fun !!
