Hello World, today I am sharing with you a Yoga Sequence to tap into the Yoga-World. This Sequence is made for beginners to float through Sun Salutation, a few Warrior Asanas (Positions) and a light core strength.
So many of us think we have to be more flexible to do yoga or become more fit. That is all not true, you start right where you are and that´s the beauty in Yoga: It welcomes you exactly where you are!
We are focusing on the Solarplexus to activate strength from the inside out.
Let´s tap together into the world of Yoga, where it is not about perfectionism, it´s about connecting yourself with yourself again.
