Sherrill - God bless you for sharing your knowledge and explaining to us beginners so we can make anything. I’ve learned a lot - thanks for everything - have a wonderful day! 😁
I am soooo making these for my bathrooms - tired of people using them and them falling off the towel rack. Excellent idea and tutorial - thank you. You just saved my sanity
I admire your dedication to your work! I understand your pain. I have had 3 back operations and a joint replacement in my shoulder. I have arthritis ritaling my body. I just love Scotty! Thank you for all you do!
Hi Jerri. I am so glad you are not letting your pain stop you from trying to sew. I have days when I just need to rest. Hope you have a fantastic Christmas holiday. Merry Christmas, and happy sewing. 😍
I love your tutorial Maria, excellent instructions. I followed your video and made one and it turned out nice. Thank you so much and keep your tutorials coming.
Love watching your videos. I am thinking of making these for gifts. Such a lovely family who supports you Sherril. Your hubby is so cute🤗 your daughter is sweet and is that your son or son- in -law? You are such a wonderful teacher and i love your sweet face and voice🥰
i know im asking randomly but does anybody know of a method to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow lost my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!
@Emilio Gerardo thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Always love your programs. I’ve been meaning to ask you, do you preshrink your fabric before doing a project? I was taught that back in early 60’s. Then iron the fabric. Do you recommend this? Thank you.
Hi Sue. That is a very good question. Some times I do, and other times I don't. If it is fabric that is for clothing, I would wash it first. If it is a pot holder, no. The fabric that I use in table runners I don't wash the fabric first. I don't put food on my table runners, and if they should get dirty, I spot clean them. When you wash cotton, it usually fades. If you are making a quilt with a lot of white fabric and red fabric, I would wash the fabrics separately because the red can bleed into the white. I look at every project separately to determine if I should wash it. If other viewers read this, I hope they leave tips on how they handle fabric washing or not. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
@@TheSewingRoomChannel Hi! Great video! I have made these towels in the past and each time I prewashed the fabric and the towel. I had friends tell me that the fabric shrunk on the towel and got all wrinkled if I had not washed either one first.
Hi Elizabeth. You can go on the internet and get a copy of conversion charts for cm to inches, and inches to centimeters. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
Hi. I often use regular Velcro and stitch it around the edges to hold it in place. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
