@@PowerforParkinsons Hello friends, I love workouts like this. 20 - 30 minutes long, standing, rhythmic, a bit dance, cheerful, ... When my granddaughter wants to exercise with me, I am the happiest. I wish you a lot of health and strength for your future work for Parkinson's patients. It's amazing what you do for us. Thank you.

Yes Lauren, very good exercises. A bull's eye for me. Unfortunately, my PD is progressing. As a result I was falling behind and had to reduce the playback to 75%. In the past I was able to perform same movements at normal speed. The decease is taking its toll. I will continue doing you exercises for as long as I'll be able. You are excellent.

Hi Moshe, thank you so much for your kind comment and for sharing a bit more about how you are doing. We are so sorry to hear that your PD is progressing and just want to encourage you to keep at it with your exercise program. We know that you will as your dedication to movement is second to none. Be kind to yourself Moshe and know that we are always cheering you on!!

Very good Lauren.. especially the cognitive benefits though it was a bit challenging when we got to the repeaters. If I ever master this part I’ll apply for a position with Cirque de Soleil 🌞

Thanks lauren. I do really enjoy the exercises. However, I do have issues with the cognition part of it. I cannot seem to do two things at once. But then that might not be new😅😅

Hi friend!! Thanks so much for the comment!! Keep at it with the cognitive challenges - they are indeed tough but do get easier with practice!!
@laurenlewis6969
@laurenlewis6969 Месяц назад
Thank you for your comment. The cognitive part is challenging purposely. With practice you will get better and more importantly you will be strengthening your brain strength and function. Keep with it and have fun. Don't worry about doing it perfect. That's not the purpose - it's the learning, the repetition, the making the body mind connection. You are doing GREAT don't get frustrated.
