Hey Polly and Cooper, great class today! A really good mix of all my favourite components :o) I really felt I had a great workout and I'm feeling so energised now and raring to go now! I managed to stand for most of the routine and only had one or two 'wobbles' :) I loved incorporating the weights, cardio and co-ordination routines along with the spelling of words. Hi Polly,thank you for making us working hard. I did this exercise live 2days ago and repeating it again today. I think this exercise will help me. Every time I repeat them I get better and my hands and legs were somewhat moving better. Anyway that’s how I feel.Thank you very much Polly.

Polly TG I’m still alive barely 😂 I got through the entire standing class. It’s a miracle, but I have to say I feel good and my balance is better This is Saturday June8 and it’s been 110. Lordy I’m good to go for today ! Hugs, Danita

Hello Polly and Good Boy Cooper! Hope this was a great cardio workout for me! I always enjoy the mix of exercises. I think I benefit most from the marching and stepping exercises since stiffness affecting my gait is my toughest symptom. Also, always love the classics: stepping over an animal friend!! Thank you for your work Polly!
