A great video! most important point is you need the proper long reach snap ring tool, if you don't have it don't do it, you will have a bad day. Knipex makes a good one.

good finformation here. lead tech here. havent had enough experience with acle seals and bearings on the dana 60 front. alldata states its nonserviceable. in translation is it is my job to service., & i am own my own. -jesse

On my 2010 F250 the left side c clip that you have to remove after taking of the locking hub is broken. Do you have any suggestions on how to remove it? I’ve tried using screwdrivers but that thing has a lot of tension on it. Any idea is helpful.

Awesome video. I need to replace ball joints... thus the knuckle needs to come off. do I need to replace the axle seals if I do that? They work fine and we’re replaced recently.
