Glad you enjoyed it! We usually see 5-10 calories per min depending on the person and the intensity you’re working at.

It’ll tone and burn fat. Heavier weights will increase muscle size.

They’re tough but you can switch to squats to finish the interval.

Sure, as long as you have good form for the movements while holding the kettleball, it will work

There’s no way to control losing thigh fat. It just depends where your body stores fat. It will likely help burn fat and tone legs. To add bulk, you need heavy weights.
