I work out primarily to youtube videos and this is one of my favorite for a couple of reasons: (1) No talking!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I get to listen to my own music and not be annoyed by constant chatter. The chimes very clearly let you know when to start/stop/change legs. (2) The exercise is demonstrated during the rest period so that when time starts you are ready to go. (3) The amount of time for each work out and break changes and I found that to be very effective. I liked that squats were 60 seconds because I don't think I would benefit from less time when not using weights. But 30 seconds was more than enough for jump squats! My legs, butt, and abs are definitely feeling the workout. I am subscribing and looking forward to more workouts. Please don't change your format. Thanks for a great workout.
Any other similar exercise videos u can recommend , i like this 1 also im just starting out and weeding throughout the millions of exercise videos is exhausting
Stopped so many times but got through it. Looks so much easier when your watching it laying in bed, until you actually do it. Thought I was going to die the whole time, I'm definitely going to feel it tomorrow. One of the best hiits out there! Thank you
Elise Jackson me too. Just watched the first day but doing it now and I’m sweating like it’s raining did it twice today will push for 3 times on Monday. Omg 😓😓😩
Happy to stumble across this video. Good workout, no commercials, no talking, can't afford gym membership and so I work out to this video. Great video!
I usually workout at the gym or in my garage with treadmill and weights. Today I just didn't have it in me and came across this by mistake. So glad I did! So simple and easy to follow and got a great sweat going!
Though I use RU-vid daily for years, I'm not into commenting basically. But this time I so wanted to let you know, I love your workouts. I used to do workouts from the big budget channels, and celeb trainers, but I so hate all those silly talk. Yours are the best workouts on whole RU-vid. I so agree with Cheryl Van Dyke's comment. Excellent excercises, clean routine, visually minimalist, still fashionable, and killer. Please keep the format, and please keep going. Thanks!
All of RU-vid! That’s quite the compliment 😊 Thank you for taking the time to let us know you’re enjoying our workouts. We’re happy to have you here and will definitely keep going!
I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL! I have been consisting doing your workouts for 9 weeks and have gone down a size in my pants, built muscle tone and fitness. Thank you! I love the format and it is the one thing I have remained consistent with for a long time :)
School going full virtual for week after Christmas and got assigned this for gym. Decided to actually do it and damn I’m sore, dizzy and out of breath. Did not expect this to burn so many calories, one of my new favorites!
This is incredible. I have started working out some time ago and this is the first time I have ever enjoyed a workout so much! I get annoyed when a trainer does talk all the time. I love your way of doing the workouts. I played my fav music and even in rest parts I was dancing 👌 Awesome job hun 👏
This workout is amazing I can already feel a difference so glad I found this channel, really love that there’s no wasteful chatter and you get straight to the point with clear demos of what is coming next and a timer love love love 👍🏽
please please please post more videos like this (cardio, no equipment, a bit jumping/a bit on the mat, these different length of intervals)...this one became my absolute favorite, but it would be nice to have another one to alternate
Happy I found this channel !! I do A LOT of workouts on RU-vid and so many have the useless talking. It's one thing to talk and explain the exercise but then next thing they are talking about their dog, their yoga pants, their water bottle and by then I switch it off. This is to the point and a great work out !!
Typically don't comment, but had to let you all know this was an excellent workout. Took me a few rests to get through, but I did it. I like the bells and no talking, makes it easy to use at my desk and classroom.
6 days non-stop doing this. My first time was only until 10 mins of this vid. Day by day im advancing and now only 3 minutes left i can finally finish the 27minutes routine. I feel great everyday.
After not being at the gym for years kids work etc (I'm 5'5 and 9.5 stone) this took it out of me 8 mins in. I'm so unfit!!! Brilliant workout and perfect for keeping healthy while at home.
This was great! I'm definitely suffering but got through it (with a couple of breaks) took a long holiday from exercise and recently started doing HIIT workouts by Joe Wicks but was struggling with them, though this is still hard, I really like the demonstrations during the rest and no talking! With others I feel like I waste half the exercise having to watch them and replicate form.
lasted only 4 minutes now i can feel that sitting routine changed my health im about to grow this time slowly and i will end up doing whole workout in one try soon !!!
Day 1 : Hard. It burns and I can barely walk. had to give up after 1 set and a half. Amazing workout. Love it. try to do more tomorrow. Going to try and do this for like 2 weeks and then another on your channel. Love it. easy to understand and goes at a good pace.
i love this workout been putting effort for the last 2 days and i felt like i've already burned some fat. its pretty straight forward tells you when to stop/start and demos. i look forward to doing this workout everyday if i could.
You can do it 4-5 times per week. You may want to try some other workouts though so you don’t get bored and hit more muscle groups. Our recommendations for a weekly schedule are here: www.grouphiit.com/collections/free-workouts
Came from doing the 20 min Belly Fat Burner daily for 3 weeks after I felt that it was getting easy on me. Tried this out and was not disappointed. Glad to say this is my daily now!
Fantastic workout...Dripping of sweat but set me up for the rest of my day. I was able to follow the workout and had enough time to keep up with the session. Nice to have the count down.
day 1 done im proud of myself for doing the whole video it was soo hard but i did it. im at 225 i want to get down to 180. im glad i found this channel
3 weeks later, and I am not even a bit bored with this exercise set! There are numerous easier or harder modifications you can make to adjust to your level! Still struggling with the sprinter crunch and wobbling during the pendulum, but that is why I am doing these exercises - to become better with the balance and abdominal muscles (correct me if I am wrong here). Thanks again, and the presentation is perfect!
Good job! We are sure you’ll see improvements each time you do it. Feel free to modify any exercise to make it more beginner friendly. Let us know if you need any suggestions. Keep it up!
Intense. Had to do variations of bicycle, slow cycling, pendulum squats, and mountain climber after 1st round. Any one interested in modifying the movements, I recommend Googling and building up slowly to full movements. Of cause at the advice of a physician :)
