I've seen plenty of channels that don't help by not using audio references or not enough visual references. I'm delighted with the level of organization and display in your videos, and of course, how challenging they are... I'm beat xD

These are great workouts. My starting weight is 161 lbs. I'm 5'3. I have been doing videos for 1 week with a balanced diet, and I'm already down to 158 lbs. I have hips and big legs. These workouts have helped me to tone up, and get my heart rate up. The trainer in the video keeps me motivated she is toned and fit. Just how I want to look

Question: is it better to do HIIT training related to specific body parts on certain days, or can you mix and match? For instance, on leg day, do I need to do HIIT training just for legs? Or should I do something else so I'm not overworking my muscles?

It works to do lower body HIIT on leg day, but save it for after all the heavy lifts so you don’t get tired. HIIT is great for burn out and recruitment of stabilizer muscles.

Hi! You could try some of our beginner or kids workouts. If you run into a movement that you are not comfortable doing then you can swap it for Jumping Jacks or Jog in Place. If you keep working on basic movements then your strength should gradually grow. Here's a workout to try. You can do it 3-4 times if you want to make it longer. @@natalialangford6135 As far as I know, you cannot spot reduce fat. It has to be diet and exercise. Belly fat is stubborn too and is the last to go even when you do everything right.

That’s ok. Take a break and finish later. You’ll still burn calories. You can also try some of our beginner workouts.

We like to let people play their own music or watch tv while they workout. There’s music on our website on each workout page. You can choose a song in the playlist and play the workout. :)
