Gm Tana. I am so excited to let you know that you encouraged and enabled me to do a few seconds of complete crow for the first time this morning. It was such a joyous moment for me. I cheered myself. I felt so accomplished. Thanks Tana. Have a beautiful day🎉 Jamaica 67 yrs ❤

Two days running, me and Jan should be getting better but as we are both in our late sixties we find we are not as flexible as we were. We still love doing yoga, we are hoping it will help keep us young.🙏🙏🙏.

I've actually done this practice twice now. Last night and this morning, neither time was I able to do the handstand or crow pose, but I had a go, yay! I could never reach my right knee to my right elbow, in plank a few weeks ago, but I can now do that with ease...ahhh...and that's mostly thanks to you dear Tana. Strong body really does help create a strong mind and loving heart. 💚

This was exactly what I needed. Always enjoy your flows. 🙏🏽 thank you. When you do a crow do you actually put your knees in your armpits or just to the side and squeeze your knees to your upper arms? I use my small screen iPhone for classes and can’t quite see properly. ❤

I’m in the same boat. Difficult to not get discouraged but how badass are we that we’ve committed to and stuck with a daily yoga practice?! Handstands may come or may not but we’ve already done the hardest part. Congratulations!
