This is very grounded so great for anyone with knee or wrist pain/ beginners. Feel free to run it through a second time or add on another video depending on how you feel after. I am a Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor and Nutritionist living in NYC. I found Pilates after my diagnosis with EDS so I totally get working with injuries and the importance of working with our bodies instead of against it.
