25-Minute BUTT & THIGH Cardio Blaster 🔥🔥 | Joanna Soh
This is a 25-minute butt and thigh focused exercises with a short cardio blaster to maximize calorie burn and build strength.It's a great circuit to push yourself that extra mile, especially if you want a good solid workout in a short time frame!
Beginners, you can do the workout without any dumbbells. For those who want more challenge, lift heavier!
CIRCUIT 1:
1) Goblet Squat
2) Squat Pulse + Jump
3) Dumbbell Reverse Lunges
4) Reverse Lunges with Knee Up
CIRCUIT 2:
1) Dumbbell Sumo Squat
2) Sumo Squat Pulse Criss Cross
3) Hip Thrust
4) Donkey Kick
*Complete each circuit x2 with 1-minute break in between
Total Workout Time: 25-Minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 170 - 230 Cals

Oh my God.. my legs are shaking.. I think I did pretty good for my first real "leg day" workout. I really LOVE that you mix cardio in your legs, abs and arm videos! I can squeeze 25-30 mins every day and get my cardio done as well. Its super convenient for me. Thanks you!

I like ur workout A LOT! Cuz I just feel the need to try the exercise from an Asian sport enthusiast, cuz at least we asian women have endurance a little more different than the caucasians. I'm planning on doing this everyday, I've done ur arm wprkout with weights and its the most amazing results I've ever seen. Lookinh forward to seeing this workout results soon!

Hi Joanna, been following your workouts videos and they are really great! Keep it up! Wanna ask if with upper body and lower body looks imbalance in portion (like, the upper body more buff), a girl shall do lower body workout more in order to balance back? :) I personally did handstands and push-ups previously.. not sure does it helped in this

Shravani Surya Prakash Yeah definitely couldn’t do this the first time I tried these videos. But once I was consistent I start with the 10,000 squat challenge take a short break then this video! Definitely a great leg workout!!
