Join me in this 25 Minute WALKING STEPS Workout. It will be a fun workout that can be easily followed along at home as it only requires little space and of course a step. The workout consists of one set of 20 different exercises, so this means it is also a non-repeating workout.
As we are doing 1 set, you will not have a water break. We will start this workout off slowly and end with a short stretching session.

I was worried when you said it was 20 minutes straight, but I found it surprisingly enjoyable to keep moving and not repeat any moves. I hope to see another like this in the future!

I really love this! Previously I'd always been able to work out with zero problems but a bad knee injury worsening over the past couple of years means I can't jump or lunge or anything ambitious now. This actually gets my heart rate up and is great for getting steps in when I work from home. Thanks! :)

I loved this workout - it gave me a reason to dust off my step platform. It was a “happy” workout for me.
