180-250ml/min CoolingMist nozzle at 220psi, better than before, just one drip at the end and I don't think that will ever be gotten rid of. So I'm pretty satisfied this will do the pre turbo injection quite well.

Hello, on the topic of cooling the engine , I saw a post on Patrol4x4 form in witch you explained how to take off the heat shield at the turbo. That heat shield is massive , Isn't taking it off and leaving it off allow the engine to dissipate the heat a lot better thus lowering the EGTs , and the location of this shield is right beside cylinder 3 and 4. I mean it is a BIG shield that keeps a lot of heat in that area... How would it hurt the car if it was taken off completely? Are the aircon pipes going to melt? they have some aluminium around them , and even better they could be wrapped in heat resistant material. And also installing a second air intake on the bonnet right over this area and putting a mesh so debry would not get in. This could further keep the engine cool. What do you think?

Some people do leave it off and no you aircon pipes won't melt, but I prefer to modify it for easy removal and put it back, it does a particular job. Over the years Nissan have dropped a few bits and pieces (various brackets etc for cost savings) from the Patrol but they continued to fit the heat shield all the way to the end of the model, as said it does a job, it contains heat below and dissipates it above, mines still on there after 18 years of ownership and I have no issues with EGT whatsoever, I have recently been on a roadtrip where a lot of strenuous offroading was done and I have not seen a EGT above 450c.
