These are 3 mobility drills I use on a daily basis to promote the health and longevity of my shoulders.
As these are light movements, they will NOT increase one's range of motion (how much one can move), but they will MAINTAIN your current amount of mobility. This is so important if your sport or activity doesn't take your shoulders through full ranges of motion. Without these movements, our shoulder will most likely lose its abilities overtime, leading to not only tightness, but possible issues with function as well. Another great benefit of these movements is bloodflow. Movement throughout the day will keep our shoulders feeling smooth and supple.
