You're a genius. I gotta start meal prepping and your recipes are the first ones I've found that have a nice balance between easy go-to gym bro food and actually good meals for people who know how to cook. You walk a fine line and I love it.
Improvement suggestion here, instead of heating up the frying pan and then frying two sides of the burrito, put them in the air fryer for about 8 minutes on 180, no need to spray with oil either, consistently browned and toasted all over, a different league mate :)
As a female yoga and Pilates student, I don’t do any heavy lifting, but I absolutely love your meal prep videos and muscle building advice. Your videos have helped me keep lean while preserving, maybe even gaining a little muscle mass. Not easy to do w/o lifting heavy. I like your no b/s approach to fitness 🙏🏼
Hey Joe, only found you yesterday and already like the stuff you put out. I'm giving your Push app a go starting tomorrow and moving from a PPL split it would be great to know how you warm up for your full body sessions as I've not trained full body before.
Yeah, this is one of the drawbacks of a full body workout. I would usually just do a couple of warm-up sets on the specific exercise I'm moving to - shouldn't take long once you're generally warm from training anyway. You can opt for a PPL split in the app btw if you wanted to (under the number of training days question there is blue writing that says Full Body, which you can tap to toggle between full body & PPL).

About to head to the gym for day 1 so will probably just do some overhead passes, external rotations and a couple leg motions to get warm and then yeah do warm up sets all the way. Also I did see that feature but lowkey kinda hated PPL so the full-body thing seems like a big plus to me.
