Dear Lisa I’m so glad to found you and your channel a copule of weeks ago. You are a gifted woman ,full of energy and positive vibes and your lessons are soooo useful.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Unfortunately i can’t find anymore one of my favourite lesson: ”Animal Flow 5 Minutes Routine” I felt in love with the Ape Reach,the Beast Unload, the Bear Crawl, the Wirst Mobility, and the Front Kick Throughs. I love all of these especially the second one the step behind. The step behind looks like Kung Fu / Tai chi looks like a powerful move too. The lizard looks really fun. The thing I like about this the most is getting out there in the sun and the solitaire and getting my feet into that nice cool Sand Beach. I always love getting my feet in that sand. Looks like you're on the west coast somewhere maybe Northern California Washington Oregon somewhere. Thank you you're so incredibly fit I know you have a great healthy lifestyle. Do you drink wine 🍷 I'm sure you do. I like to have a glass or two with dinner. Thanks again I always enjoy your videos

I don't know if you have any videos just flowing, without any instructions, but I think it'd be AMAZING just to watch you do a Primal Flow, or a Yoga Flow, or anything really!
