This guy's walking routine made me lose so much weight and I'm not out of breath. I did cut out glutin to help maximize. But other than that my weight is still dropping

I walked 5 days a week 10 to 14 miles a day and los 50 pounds from sept to august. But ir was a slow slow pace pushing carts at work all day for 7 hours a day.

Been doing once a day. I'll try the three times. My problem is sweating i have to wash my hair after every walks. Two months now, lost 1.5 kg. Loved your videos

Stay consistent it will get easier and you will sweat less, keep up the good work!!! Have you tried dry shampoo? It helps me when I have greasy hair after sweating a lot

I'm 70 years old and fighting hard to loose weight. I don't leave the house much because I'm afraid of falling . Your workouts are perfect for me . I can do them in my bedroom and starting out can hold on to furniture to maintain balance. But I will graduate to doing without holding on

I've been doing as I promised. I have not lost any weight but I've lost an inch on my belly thigh and upper arm. Best of all my blood sugars have dropped an average 10 points . I cant always keep up with you and I only manage 2 times a day . But its such more than I was doing that my body is showing good rests . Thank you again. And I will continue to do it 😊
