Don’t love the burpees, but you will ALWAYS get 👍, because every workout with you is an excellent one! I still have to come across one that I don’t like 😉

This workout was tough, but so rewarding to finish! I had to do mostly low impact and make some modifications, but i made it through a d still got a great workout. Thanks to you and your crew for another awesome workout ❤❤❤!!!!!

ROCK ON! Thanks so much for keeping that heart rate up. Also, one of the (many) things I love about you & your workouts is the sequencing: you shift from high-cardio to core-centered, and back again. I appreciate this so much, as I really dislike *other* instructors who burn out an entire area before moving on to a new area for burnout. I wish you'd do some more 45-minute no-repeat cardio HIIT videos, but I love it all! 🤩

I (do not) LOVE BURPEES!! However, I have decided to push a little harder and stop avoiding them. I was with you all on each burpee, a bit slow, but I did it! So give me some time and watch me shine! I DO LOVE THAT I FOUND YOUR PAGE AND SUBSCRIBED!

I love you Michelle but I will never 👍🏽 burpees.😅 Maybe, I'll recite it as an affirmation🤔..."I love burpees"...though when I did the same thing for dips, it never worked.🤷🏽‍♀️ I guess that why "it's good to be disciplined, just in case motivation doesn't show up." Thanks Michelle and Crew❣️
