We are kicking off the REVIVE programme with a 30 minute walking for weight loss cardio step workout. This is a beginner friendly, gentle but sweaty, cardio step workout that will ease you into the programme, without burning you out. This walking workout is low impact, all standing, fat burning and fun of course.
